A real air con or ceiling fans would help. The process of getting registered by the machine. We had to keep re registering. The lighting in the bathrooms need attention and in the 2nd bedroom.

The location was very central with local attractions and immunities within walking distance, especially the waterfront. The kitchen was well well equipped and ideal for a short day to be able to prepare meals and drink drinks. The agent who assisted us with checking in and going through details of the property was very helpful.

There was no air-conditioning at the property save for a portable air-conditioning unit. Which meant you had to have the door open all night to put the hose out. It was very noisy in the locality and this disturbed sleep. The fan and lamp provided for the spare room only had a two prong plug which was not suitable for the sockets in the bedroom and meant they could not be used as no adapters were left. The outside area was very noisy with ongoing building work throughout the night.

The property manager (hosts) were extremely unprofessional and lied multiple times. First no one was there at the property and there were no instructions where to meet them. Once we called the number, someone showed up 15 minutes later. We were given a horrible parking spot (with overhead hazards) which was changed after we complained. I have stayed in same property with different hosts and there was a daily cleaning but we were given a sheet stating only one complimentary cleaning for 8 day stay. Unforunately, it didn't happen and when we called to inquire, we were promised it would be done but wasn't the case nor any intimation. We called back again the next day and it was done on our insistence. At the time of our check-in, we had requested the late check-out and person had confirmed the time. On our last day, we were told there was no such request and they were shameless in admitting the facts which were noted on signed check-in sheet. It left a horrible impression and I would strongly recommend never to trust ITC. Extremely unprofessional and rude hosts. I wish we had the previous hosts otherwise our experience would have been far better.
