The property is not well catered for guests. The utensils like your glasses are to little, to little bowls to serve or store food. The shower head in the main bathroom was none existent, the chair on tha balcony was broken. No mop provided to clean. the garbage bin is too small. TV remote was not working.

I expected more leisure and a more modern place for the daily rate being charged per person. Bedroom Sliding doors to the balcony not working perfectly and no shower heads. The braai facility, including the grid is rusted. The TV Cabinet is hilarious - too small, so the host/owner extended it with a coffee table next to it; the heights differ, so magazines stacked on each other used :-). The kettle is from the 80's. Dishwasher available (good!!!); no no dishwasher tablets though. Taps are outdate - Mixers would be good (for cold and hot water use). The bedroom got a sunroof - not cool to wake up early morning by bright light, while on vacation taking a break. Semi-detached unit. No morning sun - so the house is mostly cold during the morning till early afternoon.

Met our expectations

Location is great, felt safe and secure in the estate. Across the road to the beach, so very convenient. Very clean nicely maintained.

Two loo rolls per toilet would have been nice. We arrived late and could not get to the shop in time to buy more so had to ration it between the 5 of us before we could get to the shop in the morning. It would have been nice if there was some complimentary coffee/tea, sugar and milk to welcome us. Also a salt and pepper grinder would have been welcome. When you are travelling for self catering these items are expected to be there. These low cost items go a long way in making you feel welcome and are getting value for money. Other than these small things the property is very nice and our stay was comfortable and pleasant. I would be happy to stay there again.

Well equipped, good size beach house, with decent views

The view of the Atlantic Ocean is serene. The physical location, while not on the beach is still very good, being the second row of houses; and the walk to the beach is negligibly short. The kitchen has everything we needed and the indoor and outdoor fireplaces are tops. The beds were comfortable and clean. At night the area is quiet with only the slight sound of the Ocean.

Some items in the house need maintenance. Plumbing issues - some of the taps don't flow properly. The blinds dont close in one bedroom adjacent to a bright street light. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds not 2 double beds as stated online. The fan can't be switched off when the light is on. Sliding door to balcony very stiff to slide. The other door doesn't open. Some dirt in the kitchen corner. For the price these things should be sorted...

The house was very clean & contained everything we needed for self catering. The country club community is very quiet and safe. Highly recommended.

Clean, close to hotel. Convenient to use hotel for dinner and/or drinks. House had everything we needed.

Accommodation on the site said 2 double beds in 3rd bedroom. It was 2 single beds and as we were 7 people, one had to sleep on the couch.
