Modern, well designed and decor very well done. Bed very big and comfortable.
Would like to have breakfast included especially for a week long stay. The cafe below run by the same owners was excellent and the go to bakery for Ballybunion. The fun fair directly across the road impacted the sea view but was closed before bed time.

Location. Friendly staff. Cleanliness.
Room very hot, even though the owner provided a fan it was virtually impossible to cool the room down. No sleep was had for the 3 nights. Quite a narrow stair up to the second floor, not great for carrying luggage up and down.
