Belles endroit, très belle vue , personnels agréable , très gros petit déjeuner

Les photos de notre chambres ne ressemblais pas réellement à la réalité, cela ne nous a pas empêcher de dormir mais « moins luxueux » . La piscine est entretenue tout les matins mais étant dans un endroit très verts elle redevient très vite « sale »

Suggested pillows on balcony seating and in restaurant. They took onboard my suggestion and added more flowers to room and pool chairs as lacked tropical feel

Ik was mijn telefoon in de taxi vergeten. Rizky, een hotelmedewerker heeft de locatie van de taxi getraceerd en hij is met een collega op de scooter de telefoon gaan halen. 2 uur heen en 2 uur terug. Dat ze dit op deze manier voor mij hebben opgelost, was echt geweldig!!

The pool was good and the staff was nice.

A big renovation is needed. Most of the stuff is worn out. For example: there are tiles missing at the pool, 1 of 3 sunbeds (2 sunbeds is just to few for 8 rooms) was broken. In the room the door had creeks so couple insects came in (small ants and beetles). The toilet button was broke so you had to find the right spot to stop it from flushing. You had to shower in the bathtub (late in evening the water was cold) so the water went everywhere and the drain was clogged. We were ok with it because we had a last minute deal but if you pay full price I would feel robbed.
