Don’t stay here. This place is totally run down.

The pool looked nice.

This place is very run down. Don’t let the pictures fool you. 1. We didn’t have running water for most of the stay. 2. The toilet did t work. 3. Our bedroom door didn’t work properly so we went in and out via the balcony 4. The fan was creaking and we thought it might fall off the ceiling. 5. That bathroom smelt weird

Hidden Gem trying it's best

The view was STUNNING. The pool had some issues but the staff were diligent at cleaning it and keeping it swimmable. The staff were lovely and kind, however sometimes struggled with English. The breakfast was plentiful and varied we stayed 5 days and did not have a repeated breakfast.

We did have some power issues, we lost power 3 times. We worked out we couldn't have the aircon on if the pool filter was also on. The staff adjusted and only put it on when we were not in the room. There are clearly animals and bugs in the room, it is an open room so it's expected. However we did have lots of little brown eggs(?) maybe, that fell from the roof on occasion. Nothing a small sweep couldn't fix. The PowerPoints are far away from the bed which is inconvenient, but manageable. The fridge is also tricky to open as it sits under the TV cabinet.

Fantastic

Great location close to town and all attractions. There are maybe 20 restaurants within walking distance. Lovely koi pond and gardens. Big pool with a great view. Staff were lovely with plenty of information. Room was spacious with comfy bed. I loved my time in Sidemen.

Bathroom could use an update but it was functional.

Great hotel

Big quiet room with comfy bed and good wifi air-conditioning and fridge. Great chill vibe overall. Lovely view of gardens and koi pond. Lovely pool with awesome view. The staff were amazing. Let me know that I could get to nusa penida from Kusamba without going to sanur and gave me a transfer from the hotel. Great location, there are maybe 20 restos in walking distance, also close to town and attractions like silver workshops and waterfalls. I just loved my time in sidemen.

Bathroom could use updating but it was functional.

Location and the pool was acceptable

Toilet stank, no hot water first night, shower and toilet leaked, fridge leaked, pillows had a damp odour and an animal was scratching on the roof. We requested a different room and were moved downstairs 2nd night. Toilet still stank, shower and sink leaked, no sound proofing so heard loud movement above at 6am in the morning. 3rd night, there were animals in the ceiling loud screeching and running around throughout the night. Booking.com advertised a restaurant and coffee shop which was not true, not even anyway to but a drink. For $110 AUD a night it was very poor and if we had not prepaid we would left after the first night, extremely dissatisfied and I am seeking a refund.

Staff was nice but big renovation needed.

The pool was good and the staff was nice.

A big renovation is needed. Most of the stuff is worn out. For example: there are tiles missing at the pool, 1 of 3 sunbeds (2 sunbeds is just to few for 8 rooms) was broken. In the room the door had creeks so couple insects came in (small ants and beetles). The toilet button was broke so you had to find the right spot to stop it from flushing. You had to shower in the bathtub (late in evening the water was cold) so the water went everywhere and the drain was clogged. We were ok with it because we had a last minute deal but if you pay full price I would feel robbed.

A peaceful place, I will back again next..!!

It’s like a Hidden Gem in the Heart of Sidemen We absolutely loved our stay at The Kanjeng Sidemen. The peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by lush rice fields and also the mountain views form our room, the room its clean and the staff really help uswas exactly what we were looking for. The room was large and clean, and also I like the design for traditional Balinese touches. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful,it’s a signature of Indonesian people, kind smile and making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the infinity pool with surrounding hills views . I will back again to stayed in here.

When I stayed, the weather was sometimes cloudy, but it quickly cleared up and turned sunny — so it was still perfect for enjoying the view.

Nach einem Tag abgereist trotz Buchung für eine Woche, Kundenservice absolut nicht ok.

Das Personal vor Ort war freundlich.

Wir sind nach einer Nacht direkt abgereist, weil das Zimmer sehr stark nach Schimmel gerochen hat, ich hatte davon Halsschmerzen am nächsten Tag und es waren Tiere an der Decke die ganze Nacht. Was dabei absolut nicht okay ist, dass uns gar nicht entgegengekommen wurde. Die Unterkunft hat sich trotz meines Bemühens nicht eingelassen eine Erstattung zu geben.

Sehr enttäuschend und frustrierend.

Gute Lage

Extrem schlechtes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Preis pro Nacht normal >150€, im Angebot ~50€ und Standarts auch weit vom Angebot entfernt. Die Bilder treffen nur grob zu, sind aber sehr alt. Die Sauberkeit ist, für das Preissegment, miserabel. Für gleichen Preis bzw. günstigen Preis lieber Pelangie Villas auschecken. Zirka 50€/Nacht mit extrem guten Standart. Dazu hatten wir in unserem Zimmer immer Krümmel die von der Decke ins Bett fielen, und ein Mäusenest. Das Personal war zwar sehr sorry, aber konnte uns dennoch nicht wirklich etwas als Entschädigung anbieten, außer ein Dinner in dem internen Lokal, wo wir nie jemanden Essen sahen. Kurz: die bisher schlechteste und gleichzeitig teuerste Unterkunft die ich auf Bali hatte.

Geweldig!

Ik was mijn telefoon in de taxi vergeten. Rizky, een hotelmedewerker heeft de locatie van de taxi getraceerd en hij is met een collega op de scooter de telefoon gaan halen. 2 uur heen en 2 uur terug. Dat ze dit op deze manier voor mij hebben opgelost, was echt geweldig!!

Het uitzicht was onwijs mooi en zwembad was prima

Kamer was vies, badkamer was echt ontzettend vies… douche werkte ook slecht en was ook vies. Daarnaast zat het toilet ook beetje los. We verbleven voor 2 nachten, kamer in de tussentijd niet schoongemaakt. Het gebouw was absoluut toe aan renovatie en in de hal naar de kamers was een enorme lekkage. Het leek niemand iets uit te maken omdat ze 10x per dag de enorme plas water op dweilen. Al met al, verschrikkelijk

Het personeel was niet altijd aanwezig bij de receptie. Het zwembad daar dreef chloor in, achteraf bleek dat het 1 dag ervoor nog heel groen was en je niet mocht zwemmen.. Het ontbijt was koud en viel niet in onze smaak (gekookte aardappelen en spaghetti). De kamer schoonmaken bestond volgensmij alleen uit het bed opmaken en vegen. De badkamer was niet naar gekeken. Al met al prima voor een overnachting maar als het meer bijgehouden wordt kan het beter worden.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour faire étape et découvrir Sidemen !

Idéalement placé, juste à côté des bons restaurants et des belles rizières. Personnel super sympa et arrangeant. Chambre propre agréable et bien tenue, sans vis à vis.

La piscine est belle mais l’eau était un peu trouble. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de nous baigner, mais c’est dommage !

Gedateerd gebouw. Ondanks mooie authentieke details van buitenkant in verval. Hele mooie tuin echter in groot deel van vijverpartij lag ingewaaid vuil. Maar 3 ligbedjes bij zwembad waarvan 1 stuk.
