Great location in a lush garden and with an amazing view. pool for a refreshing dip after hiking. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Spacious room with comfortable balcony. Breakfast was generous and delicious with options for Indonesian or continental.
Lots of stairs which benefit from improved lighting.

The location was fabulous. Although central and walking or scooter distance to all amenities, it was quiet, the view was magnificent and away from any outside noise. All we could hear was the birds.
The food is amazing, the staff is lovely. Even though there were other guests there we felt we were the priority guests for staff, always checking on us, quick to response to our requests with a smile. We had privacy, a private pool, overall, a beautiful experience.
It’s certainly not accessible. Lots of steps, long walks as the property is long.
Building noise sometimes as they are renovating (but not disturbing enough to ruin your holiday).
There are only 3 options for breakfast, which is fine if you’re staying there for a few days but after a week it gets monotonous. It would be great to have more options.

Location and view were really nice. The room was huge and had a terrace. The staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged all we asked for and even gave us a breakfast on a way. Nice breakfast.
The sheets were washed out and didn’t look white anymore. The room was not possible to seal properly - gaps in windows and therefore there were many bugs and mosquitoes. The water bottles provided had a mold on them. The food in restaurant was rather not great.
