I don't know if this is the part owned by the hotel...
the view are not longer the same from breakfast table
many trees blocking the view.
I come here before, the rice terrace from my table were breathtaking. But it's not longer there, more like covered by weeds ? also the terrace are not longer taken care of.

and the receptionist were a bit... funny?
I asked if i could upgrade our rooms into Family room and inquire the price needed to be paid for that.
since we booked for 2 budget rooms.
she said sorry, no family room available.
but then when i comeback for check-in time coz I was early, one person asked for any room available (?)
she said there's a family room available (???) and some other rooms.
It's only good to know and note.

Location, gardens, nice swimming pools and room.
Water heating was an absolute nightmare. They had to change it and the gas smell was awful. The food in the restaurant, breakfast or dinner was less than average. Really need to improve that.

The pool and the view are beautiful
The bed is comfortable
Not the cleanest place I stayed at
Toilet almost coming out of the wall
Shower is terrible, impossible to wash your hair correctly
I worked in a restaurant so I understand the hassle but tried to order food at 9.05 pm at the restaurant (last order at 9pm but restaurant closes at 10 pm) and the Waitress refused too, I am a solo traveler, I only wanted a plate of noodles, I found it very unhelpful
Had to go somewhere else
The next morning, I went to get breakfast and they did not get a single thing right and forgot about at least half of my order, I was tired of waiting and having to ask for everything and just left so I did not eat much that morning
It was my most expensive stay of my 2 weeks here in Bali and was not worth it
