The jungle environment and nice garden with i infinity pool

The views of the valley and jungle are absolutely breathtaking! Recommend booking one of the upper bungalows for a better view. Some of the reviews here mentioned not liking the open air bathroom. Personally, I loved walking out into the space as it blended naturally with nature I did not see any creepy crawlies, and if I did, I certainly would not be complaining about them as this is all part of staying in nature. The room itself was huge, modern, and very clean with a very comfortable bed. The terrace overlooking the pool (and the pool itself) was incredible. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Plenty of scooters for rent within walking distance of the hotel.
The Wi-Fi was pretty much non-existent. It didn’t work for me in my room or in the restaurant. Once or twice I was able to get a connection, but it didn’t last very long. One of the staff members was kind enough to hotspot me, and that worked. Normally I wouldn’t care that much, but it was important to preserve my data to use maps as I was navigating on my scooter alone. Just a note that it seemed to work for non-iPhone users so perhaps it was just my phone model. Recommended to have a back up (sim/e-sim) of some sort.

The staff was very nice. When we had issues with the terrible room they immediatelly provided a different one.
The room that was at the bottom of the complex was full of insects. The terrace was crawling with hundreds of ants, dead insects found in the sheets. Only that one exact room had the bedroom openly connected to the oytside through the bathroom that was open as well insects can crawl in, the room, any outaide noises from rain, storms or people couldve easly been heard.
