Nice location many warungs and upmarket restaurants nearby

The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was amazing. The pool area was very nice, and the food was excellent. The staff were wonderful—very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

Unfortunately, the room did not match the photos shown when I booked. The room had holes and humidity damage on the walls, and a large number of insects, which appeared to be termites, started coming out of the walls continuously. The solution was simply to cover the holes with tape, which was not an acceptable solution for a villa at this price. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. The wooden furniture underneath was damp and rotten, and the towels smelled musty and humid, so I did not feel comfortable using them. Some tiles around the property were loose and damaged. Although I understand that Sidemen is a mountain area where insects are common, guests still expect proper maintenance, hygiene, and accommodation conditions that match the advertised photos. The hotel refunded 50% of the room cost after I raised these concerns, which I appreciated.

Pool was located amazingly in the nature, and the food was really good!

The sheets did not stay on the mattress so it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping, as the mattress kept showing..

The staff was very nice. When we had issues with the terrible room they immediatelly provided a different one.

The room that was at the bottom of the complex was full of insects. The terrace was crawling with hundreds of ants, dead insects found in the sheets. Only that one exact room had the bedroom openly connected to the oytside through the bathroom that was open as well insects can crawl in, the room, any outaide noises from rain, storms or people couldve easly been heard.
