Liked the spot and would stay their again from Sunday-Friday. Hosts were very responsive!

The location and the space was large and clean. All the amenties we needed including a washing machine, large sleeping/sitting area was perfect. There was a lot of grocery stores and restaurants within less than 5 minutes away which was super handy.

The bar with excess noise and music right outside our property on Friday and Saturday night was very loud until 1 am in the morning making it difficult to fall asleep. Also would be nice to have had a coffee machine to make coffee in the kitchen each morning.

The location is perfect walking distance to the square, shops, cafes and restaurants. It is right across the street from the port and the view is absolutely amazing.

A Good Option to Stay in Trieste City Centre

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and communication was clear and efficient from the outset. We stayed in the three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse apartment. The location is excellent: situated in the city centre and directly on the waterfront, with all necessary amenities just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is available across the street from the residence; we were fortunate to find a free space (the white-marked ones). There are several cafés directly in front of the building, most of which open early in the morning, making breakfast and coffee easily accessible.

There was a minor issue with the flush plate on one of the concealed cisterns: it was only loosely attached and detached completely when touched. However, the cistern itself functioned perfectly well without it, as the mechanism behind the plate (a simple lever) could still be used to flush.

Apartment was rather shabby with old furniture. Cleanliness mediocre. Lights in bathroom didn’t work. Sink didn’t flush. EXTREMELY noisy outside. Full-blast disco until at least 11.

Excellent accomodation

Mr Walter, in charge of this property, was extremly helpful. Residence has very central position, in the middle of night life in Trieste and it is loud outside on weekends. Appartment has all you need, including functional washing machine. It is privat, safe, central and well equipped. Internet was excellent. I am definitely coming back here.

Some of the furniture was a little dated, but still clean and functional.

Bathroom was not clean, totally unacceptable! better housekeeping overall is really needed at this property. The guy at the reception was very expedient, seemed in no mood to help but rather to "process" bookings. He had no reaction when we complained about the dirt.

I wouldn’t go back!

the location

Paid for a room with sofa/ sitting area and didn’t get. The room was old and needs updated. it is advertised as free parking but the only free parking is if you find street parking. Much if the room was not clean and the lighting was awful- especially in the bathroom. There was a very used sponge to wash dishes with. Dust was literally falling off of the top of the shrunk.

Not worth it, missing some basics

The location is excellent and the double bed comfortable. The WiFi was fast enough and easy to access, and the host was polite and responds quickly to messages. We were given plenty of towels and the sofa bed for our 4th person was ready and set up when we arrived.

The room had only been given a cursory clean, when we unfolded the table and looked under the beds they were filthy, and the sheets and blankets, though clean, were very old and. The single and sofa beds were also not nearly as comfy as the double. The fridge, heating, television and hot water were all faulty or completely broken. When we called down to the host about the heating he insisted it was fine, although after we bled a radiator ourselves to fix it he did admit it was faulty and came up to adjust the water pressure. He also attempted to fix the television but it was clear he was as stumped as us and that it was probably too out of date to function with current digital broadcasting. Broken fridges and old mattresses were left lying around the apartment. There was no dish soap or disinfectant provided for the kitchen, while two single use sachets of shampoo, one toilet roll and one miniature bar of soap were provided in the bathroom for a group of 4 guests for 3 nights. Overall for the price we were charged we were disappointed.

Great apartment in Trieste alongside the waterfront

The location is fabulous, an easy 15 minute walk from the train station and then the next morning an even easier commute to the cruise ship which was five minutes away. The apartment is located alongside the waterfront and overlooks a nice little park and quite convenient to many food venues. BIG studio apartment and a great shower! I think the location was just perfect for so many things and I hope we will be returning to beautiful Trieste. A big shout out for Walter who checked us in and helped me with my overpacked suitcase, he was quite friendly and helpful and a wonderful person to kick off our vacation with kindness. We would stay here again in a second and we highly recommend.

Trieste is a gem - great vibe, and lots to explore

The location is superb- central, easy walk through the shopping and eating district. Eataly across the road. Easy to find, parking lots across the street, some on meter but cheap. We’ve stayed here a couple of times - spacious rooms with all the facilities you could want, including kitchen. Very responsive host.
