Overall still a good option.

Bedroom and bathroom were nice. Good location

Breakfast is included but it’s just pastries so manage your expectations. Not comparable to other places we stayed (not as good). Also, we got in after hours and it was a bit challenging to figure out how to get in to the building and in to our room. It’s like an apartment building and not an actual hotel.

Good choice for a quick visit to Trieste

Goog location in Trieste, close to the port. Very good communication with the owner. Nice older building, clean bathroom.

Breakfast could be richer and more varied. But I understand that an appartment with I think 3 rooms does not want to have uneaten rests. No parking place - but they warn in advance and you can find a spot on nearby parking lots.

I didn't need it, but maybe a bit larger desk could be useful to work with a laptop or similar. In any case I rate the overall place very high.

Short and sweet weekend retreat in great location.

Excellent location within 5 minutes of the main square. Large room nicely decorated with an extra interior balcony (we had the Bora room). Excellent host, very kind, sent detailed instructions and prepared breakfast in the morning. The room was large with an even larger bathroom and a spacious balcony. We had a great time and will return.

The boutique hotel Da NOI A TRIESTE is an excellent location for anyone visiting Trieste in general and an outstanding location for anyone taking a cruise which launches from the cruise port of Trieste. It is approximately a 5-10 min easy walk to the cruise port. The Trieste Central Train Station is also a convenient walk or quick, reasonably priced taxi ride from Da NOI A TRIESTE. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, very clean and well appointed. The breakfast is plentiful, fresh and delicious. The reasonable nightly rate is a great value, especially for the spacious ensuite room, included breakfast and excellent location. The staff is friendly and polite, very accommodating of any request. We were on our way to a cruise launching from Trieste with a close friend we were meeting there who was traveling by train from Genoa. Run, don’t walk to stay here. We highly recommend Hotel DA NOI A TRIESTE.

If it hadn't been for the pasty bedbugs, it would have been a pleasant stay.

Big comfortable bathroom. Location was great. We lucked out and found free parking spot right in front of the building both nights of our stay. Breakfast was very, very good and Massimo made us fresh cappuccino and espresso. Good selection of teas and fresh fruits as well.

All doors in Bora room were squeaky and could use some simple grease to eliminate this problem. I personally was sleeping on a single hide-a -bad with squeaky construction and old mattress, but unfortunately that was the small problem in comparison with the problem I experienced with being eaten alive by some kind of bad bed bugs which caused a severe redness, itchiness and blisters on over 30 spots on my arms, legs and neck. I communicated this problem to the host and was assured that nobody else before or after me had any similar issues. That could be the case, but all I know is that my problem started the first night I spent in that bed and stopped after I moved out. I sincerely hope for the sake of the owner and future guests that something else caused this big and expensive problem to me, but at this moment I can't think of any other possibility.

Bed bugs & gaslight for 100€, VAT included

The location was good, bathroom worked fine, a little breakfast to take a snack.

The first communication with host was aggressive from his side. We were just asking did we come to the right door and he replied with CAPS wording and further gaslight suggesting that we are unable to use Google. Yet, I should admit, later days he was friendly. But the worst were bad bugs. We were asked to to remove the bedclothes at the last day and there I saw a bedbug. At first I didn't react as I didn't feel anything off with my skin. Yet, couple days after I felt an urge to scratch and all bites revealed all over the body. Right now I am taking medicine as I am having allergic reaction with red bites all over my body (allergic dermatitis diagnosis) and I wish no one to repeat this experience.

Central location , spacious room in the apartment

I was not aware that this was one of the rooms in the 4-room apartment with all guests sharing the hallway. The soundproofing was not existing in this apartment. You literally can hear what people say behind your door, especially when your morning hours don’t align.. Overall, it was very clean for the exception of the night stands, which were covered in brown spots inside. The location is great, although parking was a big issue for us. Even stopping for unloading the car was hectic and unpleasant. The street parking is absolutely impossible, so we found a parking garage 10 min away for 15 euro per day. Massimo is a great host, willing to help in every possible way.

Purtroppo le lenzuola della camera erano piene di peli, quando l'ho fatto presente il titolare è venuto subito a cambiarle (anche se era evidentemente infastidito e mi ha chiesto se avevo il luminol per verificare le lenzuola. Ovviamente non si trattava di un paletto, ma del lenzuolo completamente pieno come se sì fosse rotolato sopra un cane, quindi la battuta era fuori luogo). Ma in generale l'attenzione alla pulizia non è il suo forte (capelli appiccicati alle piastrelle del bagno). La colazione decisamente scadente, fette di pane da toast già tostate e impilate, quindi fredde, quando dovrebbero essere tostate al momento.. per il resto decisamente scarsa sia la varietà che qualità, cappuccino quasi imbevibile Per quello che abbiamo pagato la stanza il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente sfavorevole. Non tornerò.

ATTENZIONE!!! CIMICI DA LETTO, TITOLARE SCONTROSO E INDISPONIBILE!!! NON PRENOTATE IN QUESTO POSTO!!

Abbiamo preso una camera per tre notti, alla seconda notte abbiamo riscontrato che la nostra camera (BORA) era infestata dalla Cimici da Letto. Il titolare prima ci ha detto che non aveva mai visto nulla del genere, successivamente ha ammesso di aver avuto problemi nei mesi precedenti che erano stati risolti, ma così non è stato. (Problematica presente anche in altre recensioni) Da qui è iniziato il calvario, abbiamo richiesto al titolare di cambiarci la camera, o di risolvere la problematica in maniera differente, ma si è reso completamente indisponibile e ha iniziato a minacciare di BUTTARE i nostri effetti personali e bagagli fuori dalla camera se non lasciavamo la stessa in pochi minuti (eravamo ad un'ora di treno d'altronde) il giorno prima del nostro checkout. Successivamente siamo stati inondati di chiamate e messaggi intimidatori, dandoci la colpa di aver portato noi il problema, quindi siamo stati costretti ad entrare all'interno della struttura con la Polizia in modo da poter documentare il tutto, prendere i nostri effetti personali in sicurezza, e lasciare la camera nel più breve tempo possibile, il giorno precedente il nostro checkout. Tutto ciò è inammissibile, perché questo modo altezzoso e tendenzioso del titolare ha reso tutto più difficile e ci ha costretto a trovare a nostre spese una soluzione all'ultimo momento, rovinandoci l'intera vacanza, per non parlare delle conseguenze e i problemi medici che tutto questo sta comportando.

Tolle Lage!

Die Lage ist sensationell und auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Die Zimmer befinden sich in einer Wohnung in einem alten Mietshaus, die Decken hoch, Parkettboden! Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Badezimmer sehr groß, trotz Stadtlage sehr ruhig, dank der guten Schallschutzfenster. Der Gastgeber ist sehr bemüht und nett!

Die Zimmer-Wände sind zwar dick, aber die schönen alten Türen zum Gang ziemlich hellhörig... man kann nicht alles haben :) Zum Frühstück hätte ich mir noch anderes Brot außer Toastbrot gewünscht.

Radtourstopp in Triest

Die Lage ist Topp. Im Zimmer gab es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Im Dreibettzimmer gab es einen Außenbereich,wo wir die Räder abstellen konnten. Unklar ob das auch in anderen Zimmern geht.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a Trieste

La posizione (a due passi da Piazza Unità, dalla movida e dal lungomare), il personale (sia Massimo che Valentina gentilissimi), il fatto che sia pet-friendly e abbia accettato il mio cagnolino (che ha fatto la conoscenza di Jecky, una bellissima lagotta). La stanza non era grandissima ma confortevole e super accessoriata (macchinetta caffè e bollitore, oltre alla bottiglia d’acqua) e con una bella doccia grande nel bagno. Disponibilità di frigorifero in zona comune, macchinetta caffè con cialde e boccione acqua. Consigliato!!!

Gdyby nie PLUSKWY pobyt byłby wspaniały !!!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Dobre śniadanie . Kontakt z właścicielem OK. Do piątego dnia wszystko było super.

PLUSKWY Niestety w piątym dniu pobytu w pokoju zostały znaleźliśmy pluskwy. O problemie poinformowaliśmy właściciela. Właściciel zaproponował nam pobyt w innym pokoju tylko 2 osobowym, zgodziliśmy się. W między czasie właściciel oraz personel sprzątający posprzątali pokój oraz użyli chemii. Po zapewnieniu przez właściciela że pokój jest Ok wróciliśmy do naszego pokoju. Niestety problem powrócił. W nocy po ścianach i łóżku chodziły dziesiątki pluskiew. Ponownie problem zgłoszony niestety był to już środek nocy i nic sie nie dało zrobić. Ostatnią noc spędziliśmy już u znajomych. Wróciliśmy na śniadanie i spakowanie bagaży. Właściciel to miły i uprzejmy człowiek jednak chyba nie zdaje sobie sprawy z problemu. Dla niego jest to problem globalny ,wystarczy odkurzyć , użyć jakąś bombę na insekty i po sprawie. Ważne żeby to robić systematycznie. Poinformował nas że przez kilka nocy nikt z lokatorów nie zgłaszał problemów. Mogło tak być bo my dopiero w piąty dzień zdaliśmy sobie sprawę z problem więc ludzie mogą nie wiedzieć o problemie zwłaszcza jak ktoś przyjeżdża na dzień lub dwa . Przy takiej ilości insektów powinien skorzystać z firmy dezynsekcja. Przy wybieraniu hotelu na nocleg pierwsze co sprawdzam to problem insektów. Kiedy rezerwowałem miejsce w tym hotelu wszystkie opinie były super niestety przed moim przyjazdem pojawiły sie opinie o pluskwach. Gdybym to wiedział nigdy bym do tego hotelu nie przyjechał . O ilości pluskiew niech świadczy fakt że mieliśmy je w rzeczach osobistych (czapka, buty nawet w lekach). No i jesteśmy pogryzieni .Część rzeczy nie zabraliśmy z powrotem do domu tylko zostawiliśmy w hotelu. Po przyjeździe do domu wszystkie rzeczy spakowaliśmy a potem wypraliśmy w pralce . Walizki zostały wyrzucone bo znaleźliśmy żywe osobniki . Ponieśliśmy dodatkowe koszty. Sprawa zgłoszona do Booking.com .Niestety właściciel odrzucił nasze prośbę o zwrot 20% kwoty na rzeczy które musieliśmy wyrzucić oraz dezynsekcje. Posiadam zdjęcia oraz korespondencję.

Место расположения хорошее. Чистый номер. Чистые полотенца и постельное белье. Есть возможность позавтракать ( мы не пользовались этой услугой).

Старая мебель, ужасные матрасы на большой кровати и кровати ребёнка. Всё скрипит и очень неудобно спать. Вся семья не спала всю ночь. Ночью в номере было очень жарко так как один кондиционер не справляется с количеством номеров и нагрузкой. В номере нет холодильника, он общий и находится в общем корридоре. Большая слышимость. На фото всё выглядит намного лучше.

Gute Lage

Das Frühstück ist zwar etwas einfacher gehalten, also Toast mit Aufschnitt bzw süße Teilchen,aber ausreichend und vorallem die Kuchen sehr lecker. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, es ist sehr zentral - was natürlich auch heißt, dass es mit dem Parken schwierig wird. Wir waren in der Tiefgarage San Giusto, sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Leider sind das Bad und Schlafzimmer nur durch eine Glaswand getrennt, man kann sich also gegenseitig beim Duschen und auf der Toilette zu schauen- das war uns vorher so nicht bewusst und ist nicht ganz unser Fall. Im Bad fehlen leider Hacken, um ein Handtuch ordentlich aufhängen zu können. Für zwei Erwachsene mit Gepäck und Hund ist das Zimmer minimal zu klein, aber dafür konnten wir den Hund mitnehmen- auch nicht selbstverständlich.

Ottima struttura in centro città . Il B&B è in un palazzo storico in centro città. Belle stanze nuove completamente ristrutturate e arredate in stile. La mia con piccola corte guardino esterna molto apprezzata. Grande bagno. Acqua the e caffè in camera. Ottima accoglienza e proprietario molto friendly. Checkin perfetto. Trieste nel cuore!

Una vera scoperta. Camera ampia, bagno enorme. Presenti tutti i confort sia in bagno ( asciugacapelli potente, bagnoschiuma e shampoo e asciugamani grandi) che in stanza. Acqua in bottiglia di vetro con bicchieri in vetro eleganti.
