Amazing stay in the center of Trieste

Everything! Starting from check in everything was super nice. The host is an amazing person - nice and welcoming. The room itself was super clean, well arranged for the convenience of the guests. The view is wonderful, it’s so pleasant to wake up seeing the see! Location is very central! Close to everything, lots of restaurants all around.

Perfect place with a beautiful view

The location is great, very central, with the sea and marina view. Very welcoming and friendly host helped me with a lot of advice and suggestions about my Trieste sight seeing and places to eat. The room is spacious and clean and so is the bathroom. They have all facilities you need including a small fridge. It was also very comfortable. It is in an old beautiful building with a very small but working lift, which is convenient if you have luggage on wheels. There is also a locker if you need to leave the luggage for a while after check-out.

For the light sleeper I would suggest to have ear plugs as there is a street in front of the windows. Not really loud though.

Very happy with the location, comfort and cleanliness of the property.

Our room was just as indicated in the customer reviews and photos on the website. The room is modern, roomy, with a wonderful view through big windows of the harbor. The windows largely shut out night-time noise from the main road running along the harbor and, when combined with the brown noise app on our smart phone, left us entirely undisturbed by outside sounds. The bathroom is very comfortable and modern, with a wonderful rain shower. The floors were pleasant to walk on in bare feet. We appreciated the large twin wardrobes that accommodated all our clothes, and also the mini refrigerator and free water bottles. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Having parking available would have been a plus, but it was easy enough to handle on our own and in no way detracts from the exceptional experience we had. The location of the apartment is fabulous, not only for the harbor view but for being in the middle of one of the trendy neighborhoods in Trieste and within easy walking distance of multiple fabulous restaurants, attractions and shops. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay while you’re in Trieste - great location, super clean with a wonderful host, Claudio

Staying at Five Flowers was a great experience. Super clean rooms, a great location (just a block away from the cruise ship terminal with views of the sea), many restaurants nearby with coffee and a small refrigerator in room. But what made it extra special was the warm welcome by Claudio. He provided us with great information about nearby sights to see and places to eat and drink. And, he’s just a nice and caring man. Communication before arriving was clear and concise. All of our questions were promptly answered. There’s a key code to enter off the street (not an issue if they know when you’re arriving) and for the door on the 2nd floor. Lockers are available for luggage storage after you check out. Loved visiting Trieste. Will definitely stay at Five Flowers when we return.

The location was perfect, host Claudio is wonderful and the room was perfect! The bathroom was more spacious than expected and I loved everything about the room. Exactly as shown in the room and better.

Perfect getaway with stunning seaview.

A lovely boutique apartment in a fantastic area and sea view. The host was very friendly and had some great tips for places to visit and eat. The lift was typical Italian but very useable. The area was quiet even in high summer but only a short walk from the main square.

Cleanliness and kindness

I wasn't well when I arrived and the owner was so very kind. She went out and purchased tea and milk for me and made sure I was comfortable. The view from the room was spectacular. Days after I had left the hotel I ended up in hospital and was able to contact the owner who helped translate the doctors information. I have already recommended Five Flowers to friends.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic. I am so glad that we chose this guest house. Everything, really everything, was fantastic. The location is perfect. The beautiful view from the window mesmerised me. :) Also, Elisa is so welcoming, friendly and helpful; she gave us great tips about the restaurants nearby and helped me to practice my Italian :) Also, the directions given were perfect. We felt so welcomed here. Wonderful place, with so much to offer. We come to Trieste often, we love the city, but this time, the experience was even more profound. Thank you so much, we have already started to plan our next trip.

Everything was perfect. Maybe a suggestion, if a body lotion and shampoo could be packed in a bigger bottle, so that there is less waste, but this is nothing I did not like, just a suggestion.

A great place to rest relax and have fun.

This was a warm, friendly, family owned establishment. Every detail was carefully and lovingly considered. We felt safe and the beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We are looking forward to our next stay. And on top of everything else the location was perfect. We would give it 15 stars out of 10. I can only say WOW! Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful and accommodating hostess. Good communications and instructions. Nice extras provided like coffee and kettle. Even tough there is no official parking facility, there are several closer options. We parked at the public lot San Guisto which was an east 8 minute walk. We liked everything.

Superb

Five Flowers exceeded our expectation, we booked this room to experience the city. The hotel itself is a small accomodation with only few rooms, which we prefer. Our room was clean, spacious and the view can't be beat. Sunset from our window is really a breathtaking scene. During our stay, there was a loud construction going on, but the owners did their best to take care of this and we are very happy with the result and compensation.

Nothing except the noise from construction outside, which is beyond the hotel's control.

Perfect location. All places in the historic part of Trieste are reachable on foot. Parking is possible along the see. Our room had wonderful sea view. Elisa, girl on the reception, is very polite and helpfull with lot usefull informations.
