Nice, friendy staff, value for money and easy to get into Brussel from that location.

For most likely is the location just outside the Ring of Brussels and easy to get to our office. Second is the parking space at the hotel. What I do like is also the nice restaurant as it seems basic, it has his charme.

I know the hotel since 2000. The rooms good have beter and brighter lights. Additional electrical plug at the desk to work on. I had to take out the plug under the desk from the tv....not a big deal but perhaps they could think about. Suggestion

Good Hotel in a quiet green area just outside Bruxelles

We stayed for two separate nights on our way to and from Bruxelles. Located in a residential area in the middle of a very quiet green area. The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms we stayed a bit old but overall comfortable. Breakfast is adequate and they have a restaurant (except weekends) where we had a nice dinner at a fair price. Plenty of parking. Very near the highway exit, the are other restaurants and a Mc Donald's nearby. They accept pets with a kind attitude.

The furniture looked a bit dated in some cases but still clean and comfortable. Maybe the price is a bit too high for such standard of hotel and due to the non-central location.

It’s a dated property, but value and friendly staff makeup for it. Also, poor wI-fI—unable to stream anything or upload pictures. Full bed is just two twins pushed together, leaving void, but mattresses were comfortable.

Quite place !

It was very nice stay in area full of trees,almost in forest,friendly reception,Johan was very helpful and two others guys as well. Area is quite, where you can sleep all night. Breakfast served well by nice lady. So my rate is all 5 stars !

It was ok for location and a very basic nights sleep

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Bed wasn’t too uncomfortable. Food was great, slightly over priced as in a bottle of water is €9!

The property was run down. The rooms dirty and dull. Lack of plug sockets. Corridors need proper lightening. Very noisy and evenings there was a whole team of bikers downstairs washing their bikes with jet washers. It’s adequate for the price. But it definitely needs updating and a deep clean. Pretty sure there was blood on the floor!

Good value, helpful staff and great location close to the airport

The staff is helpful. Breakfast starts normally at 6:30 am but they let you in 15-20 minutes beforehand. Location is great. I had to get to the airport early next morning and from this hotel even in rush hour it’s only 20 minutes.

This hotel has known better times. The rooms are renovated but the corridors come right out of Hotel California.

Great place

Nice escape from city life and enjoy some tennis as well. The reception/service staff was exceptional and willing to help. Nice restaurant 😋

There is room to improvement, especially setting of the room. For instance the TV can be hanged and the table could be used as study/work table. In bathroom, One would need some tray/holder to keep the shampoo/soap.

Comfortable, clean rooms and very helpful staff.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, even finding me a doctor when I was sick. Breakfast was very complete and the restaurant menu was good and reasonably priced.

A kettle and tea and coffee in the room would have been nice! Also a hairdryer!

Very Comfortable and Homely

I stayed at The Tangla hotel for two days first and then spent 4 nights at The Panorama. Hotels in Brussels are expensive (the price of a nice luxury hotel in London)! I went to Brussels for surgery so I had to pay. Although the clinic recommends Tangla (and I understand why as it is more luxurious) the Panorama I felt was much better for post-op recovery. It was quiet, quaint and cosy and it felt like home. The staff were amazing, one actually gave me a lift and they give you extra pillows for a very comfortable bed.

There was no gym or swimming pool like the other hotel but I wouldn’t have been able to use them post-op anyway. Breakfast finished at 9am which could have been later Hotel prices I believe are way too expensive in Brussels and there is really very little to see so I can only imagine that the prices are that way due to large numbers of visitors coming to the clinic nearby

The breakfast and breakfast area was nice. The bar area looked interesting and staff were polite. The room was clean and the water in the shower was hot.

The hotel is outdated, it looked like a $40 hotel, not $120. Service was lacking, the hotel didn't even have a reception desk much less a receptionist. Nobody seemed to know about the event I was there to attend which made me wonder if I was in the wrong place but I finally found the unmarked "conference room" in a discreet door behind the breakfast serving area. The doors to the rooms feel like thin plastic and had no sound proofing at all, I know, because they put me right next to a guest with a dog in a largely empty hotel. I guess I could have asked for another room if there was a receptionist there to ask but I have already mentioned that. Really, it was passable for a night but the price led me to expect better.

The hotel is deep in a village or something likewise, quiet place. The price/service ratio is perfect. Free big parking, good enough breakfast, the room was decent - clean, nothing is broken, not too old, even has heating.

I wouldn't imagine being possible to get there not by car. Also the halls on the living floors have a very old smell. In the room there was no any smell. In the room the only problem was that the toilet seat lid can't stay up :D. So you have to hold it open with one hand when doing small stuff, and it will lay on your back when doing big stuff. Don't know if the same problem exists in other rooms.
