Definitely recommend, nice staff, comfortable, lots of parking

Comfortable; very pleasant and welcoming staff Internet was down/power cut when I arrived but they switched to paper so that I could get checked in and put my bags in the room. Lots of parking

Only thing to improve is the rather slippery floor in the shower when wet (I couldn't easily see a rubber mat to make it safer)

Fair price for a 3* hotel

It looked clean at first sight. Thank god there was a electric kettle (watercooker)

The bathroom wasnt that clean, in the shower you could see limescale. I missed the softness of a 4* hotel in the bed. It was a little bit hard and not that comfortable. In every 4* hotel they give you slippers and complimentary water. Missed that. There was also a smell in the hallway, i think the kitchen was somewhere underneath. We couldn’t charge our car with the tesla charging station, we dont have a Tesla-car.

We really enjoyed our relaxing 3 nights in the Novotel Wavre and shall certainly be back soon.

Nice, spacious, clean bedroom with a very comfortable bed; nice & clean bathroom/shower room. Although Novotel is near the railway station we didn't hear any nuisance from the trains. The Hotel is well situated, nice and quiet. Handy tea/coffee facilities provided in the room. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices. The staff is efficicient, reliable and friendly. We shall certainly come back to the Novotel for our next stay in Wavre and recommend it to family and friends.

Small detail which could be improved : carpets in the gang ways on 1st floor could be renewed.

Very busy - understaffed for breakfast and difficult for them to keep buffet replenished. They had a very large group of young professionals in on a Friday/Saturday work conference and they took over every open space in the lobby and in the garden.

We will be back next year!

This hotel was a great choice to stay. Short trip from the airport. Pool and facilities were great. They had a garden party which was well organised. WE ate in the hotel twice - food was great. Exellent location for Walabi Aqua Park and Theme Park. Rooms comfortable Staff went out of their way to help with directions. min walk to the centre of Wavre for shops and drinks and resturants / cafes (also supermarket and fast food if you wanted). Pool, football table, swing and interactive pad for the kids. Great bar location We didnt need a car for our stay Short train journey to Brussels Ideally located We are already planning with friends this time to come back next year when the flights are released - see you again soon :)

Location, design, room rize, pool area.

We found used underwear in the closet of our room. When we checked in there was a wet towel in the elevator, and it was still there the next morning. The shower drain got clogged and water ran all over the bathroom.

Check-in was smooth, free parking, there was a place to eat within walking distance, the lodging was close to Walibi park.

Could maybe be a bit more accommodating to families. It’s a hotel aimed at business people and that’s clear but being this close to a major theme park need to just be more aware especially with young children. Sometimes a small interaction goes a long way. Realise a customer is a customer whether they are in a suit or not

The shower could frequently stop working or have minimal flow. Receptions said it is when guests shower at the same time. Also stopped the toilet flushing.

Overall everything was good but I know the check in time is 15:00, but if you come at 14:50 and with kids the hotel should be kind to let us check in. And you could see that the 1st shift of the staff was going to end at 15:00 and the man at the reception was eager to leave which left me to check in at 15:40 because it was a huge line of people who was waiting to check in at 15:00. So be kind and efficient for the property and guests. Let them check in at least a little bit before time.

Clean but noisy and too expensive

Good breakfast East to charge our car, alot of EV tesla charger spot in the parking lot

Very noisy room, was difficult to sleep. Our neighbours keep making noise till midnight. Staff do not speak good English. We had to explain alot about a simple question if the swimming pool was heated which was not. It was so surprising for us not to offer black tea for breakfast!!!! Only green tea and coffee. Never seen a 4 star hotel without normal tea! I chose for both rooms I booked for a queen bed but got one of the rooms with 2 single beds. And the two rooms we got in different floors. The area was nothing to explore and the only restaurants around are fast foods.

Majority of tables unavailable due to being used and still all empty used plates on them… Scrambled eggs fridge cold, not heated before serving… Arrived shortly after midnight, had to wait 5min at reception as the receptionist was standing at the bar talking to his colleague whilst i stood there

We came to breakfast around 09.30 on Sunday and it took some waiting until everything was re-served, cutlery was missing, juices, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages were all gone. Maybe serving containers should be bigger

There was a weird smell in the hallway which I can't really place, and the room was quite small for the paid price.
