After a change of room - the original one smelt of smoke, unfortunately - the hotel and the stay was excellent. It's a really great town and the hotel is in a great location. Room was comfortable and breakfast was great.
First room was disappointing but the problem was resolved.

I use the Ibis every time I visit Waterloo. The staff are friendly and speak English. The location is perfect for visiting the local area. They have free parking and a supermarket next door with everything! The breakfast is excellent!

Location, size of room
We were on the top floor and it was really stuffy in the room. In December! We also found blood stains on the sheets, which we changed ourselves after complaining.
