The outer Management at HQ. Awful. Dysfunctional. Deaf to both our texts and to communications from the desk.Even when we replied to the desk concerned we would get there by check in time : we replied at once and the message never got to the front desk But worse the torrent of e mails demanding payment for weeks & months after we d gone - but we d fully paid on arrival. What a pity that the basic simplicity of this place should be muddied by the management of Sleep and Go.

Dirty Rooms with dust and insects

I liked nothing.

The rooms do not like the pictures and certainly not 18 squaremeters! Rooms are dirty, never cleaned my room for 12 days. When I wanted to change the room, they charged me 100 EUR additionally. There was an insect in the bathroom. I hated my stay. Thank you for putting me this cow barn.

They apparently didn’t have our booking despite us booking online and didn’t send us details of an after hours check in despite a confirmation email sent

Terrible experience.

The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and posed both hygiene and safety risks. The cleanliness was appalling — the windows were covered with a large number of flies, indicating a serious lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. The rooms are with old and poorly maintained facilities.The photos on booking.com are totally unreliable。The bathroom.there was a major water leak that left the entire floor soaked. My Friends nearly slipped and injured themself due to the slippery surface. This is a serious safety hazard that should never be present in any hotel room, let alone in a suite.We reported the situation to the management, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up or resolution whatsoever. The response was either highly unprofessional or deliberately evasive. It is deeply disappointing that the team would knowingly assign such a room to guests, fully aware of its condition. This experience was both frustrating and unsafe. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address these unacceptable issues for future guests.

Rip off… be very careful if you book here

Location and staff friendliness

Sleep and go cancelled my booking very close to my stay. Booking.com had to intervene. Sleep and Go then took two payments for the room (charging me double in real terms) I then had to go to my credit card company to get one of the charges reimbursed. Sleep and go then cancelled my booking for non payment for ‘invalid card’ through booking.com after they took the payment twice on the same card!!! The management there seem to be very loose with the definition of fair practice… they wanted to charge me more for the room after they cancelled my stay and before booking.com intervened. They then charged me twice and then cancelled my booking through booking .com because they said my card didn’t work (after they’d taken my money from the same card)!!! BUYER BEWARE

Get what you pay for

The two workers there were super sweet and did everything they could to be accomedating

Its a quick stop motel. You get what you should excpect although I would say this should probably be only $40-50 Euros a night versus what it is. Its a little old and neglected but not uninhabitable. I did not once feel unsafe here or anything else negative.

There was no staff, on the second day there was no hot water for a shower, and the last straw was the fact that we had to vacate the room at 10 AM.

Door to the room was broken. Reception staff came quickly to resolve. Very dated and needs updating urgently. Safety omissions in the family room booked, such as exposed wires from sockets and proximity of water to sockets. Would not recommend!

Bad smell once entering the lobby, which persisted in the lift and rooms. Rooms were degraded, small, not even possible to open a suitcase. Towel was not even changed in one of the rooms. we came in first to check and left the hotel without staying. Lost all our money but couldn't possibly have my family stay there. Terrible only recommended if on a budget and don't m8nd dirty run down hotel...

Just avoid this place

Nobody at the reception to welcome me. I tried to call the hotel still no answer. Someone told me the reception was somewhere upstairs waiting for his pizza. After 20min of waiting at the reception with my child, I had to find another hotel, book a room and leave this place. The premices is not welcoming at all. I felt insecure there.

The bed and bathroom were clean and beds were comfortable

The fact that even though you could see signs with how strictly forbidden it is to smoke everyone seemed to smoke in their room. The room we were in had cigarette burns on their curtains and smell would come into the room. The communal kitchen was smelly and dirty we didn't dare touch it. Also the fact that there wasn't any management available to see or talk to.

they had free wifi which worked sometimes

there was no one at reception when there was meant to be - I had to ask the cleaner for help for something that was nothing to do with her role (she wasn’t able to offer me any guidance) meaning that myself and another customer were left walking along a busy road looking for food. the restaurant wasn’t open even once for breakfast or dinner as it states it will be. the wifi didn’t work half of the time. truly a poor experience. wouldn’t recommend to anybody, especially if you are a solo female traveler!!!
