About this house rental
Ideal for groups performing or visiting for the Edinburgh Festival: walking distance from all the venues, yet hidden in a beautiful, quiet area away from the busyness. This is an Edwardian house near Arthur's Seat. It is a lovely 20 minute walk through Holyrood Park to get to the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and the Parliament. The front door is paces from the famous mountain in Edinburgh's centre. The back windows look at the sea and Portobello Beach which is also 20 minutes walk away. The house is light and airy and comfortably furnished. Towels, sheets and pillowcases are all new and white. Lots of Free Parking spaces outside.

Our flat was in an ideal location for our time with friends that live there nearby, access to Hollywood Park, access to the Royal Mile. The house was perfectly suited for our group of seven, and in fact, we were able to prepare a meal where we served a total of 12. Jean, our host was so very helpful.

Ten of us stayed here for a week during the Fringe Festival. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, a 30-40 minute walk through the lovely Holyrood Park to get to the Fringe. Grocery shopping is about a 15 minute walk away as are restaurants. Jean, our host was responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property!
