Staff was helpful and kind in the morning. Not too kind at the check in time tough. Couldn’t find my reservation and couldn’t or didn’t want to shorten my stay.

Staff wasn’t too good at the check in time. He wasn’t able to find my booking reservation easily and he couldn’t shorten my stay even that I had requested it to booking already. I don’t know whether or not it was charged. My room’s floor was all sticky :/ not good at all.

Very nice, well located hotel with SUPER staff

To the management, It's a long review because every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. You run a great business, and I ask you pass my positive comments on to your staff. As a previous business owner myself, it's always a good thing when your staff KNOWS they're hard work is greatly appreciated!! You know who I am, the only Canadian staying that week I'm sure. Jajajajajaja Extremely clean, seems like someone is always passing a broom or mop in the hallways and the lobby, decent restaurant with wait staff more than eager to please, and big portions for little pesos. This restaurant is surprisingly very well priced considering it's housed in a hotel, and the size of the portions! I don't normally eat In a hotel restaurant due to higher than normal prices. I didn't get the name of the waitress there during the day, but she is a perfect example of true Mexican hospitality. The busier she got, the bigger her smile. There was a slight language barrier, but she was very patient while taking my order. My last morning there, the restaurant opened around 8 am, normally not very busy, however being Saturday, it got busy fast. This waitress, all alone went from 1st gear to 5th gear in a heartbeat, and handled it PERFECTLY with speed and a smile. I was amazed watching her almost running on her toes making sure everyone was taken care of. I was amazed she handled it by herself. More amazed how she just kept smiling, never once seeming like she hated her job, or getting frustrated being alone with all those people. I wish I asked her name when I was there. She's awesome for such a young lady. Great work ethic and people skills!! The waiter in the evenings is another true example of Mexican hospitality. He spoke and performed like a waiter I would expect to see in a high class, 5 star restaurant, a true gentleman with a professional appearance and attitude.

Only one card key supplied, and this also powers the electricity in the room, so everytime you step out of the room for 5 minutes, you have to reset and restart the TV and try to find what you were watching again. If you're a smoker, gets a little frustrating I guess I could have asked for another key, but figured there was a reason why they only supply one. Also, I didn't use the pool because it's located through a restaurant door with fogged glass midway from the floor. Felt like being a fish in a fishbowl because anyone sitting in the restaurant could look into the pool area. I'm not self conscious, but didn't want to walk through the restaurant in my swimming gear with people eating. Still, it looks like a nice, warm pool, looking back, I wish I would have tried it anyway, could have used some warm water therapy after a long day of motorcycle riding

Excelente ubicación, el estacionamiento era bastante cómodo, y las instalaciones se encontraban en buen estado. La alberca aunque pequeña, estaba techada y con agua caliente por lo que se pudo disfrutar a pesar del clima exterior.

No nos gustó que al llegar nos decían que teníamos que hacer el pago en efectivo por algún problema con su terminal. También pasó que en la habitación no había shampoo ni jabón en el área de regadera y tardaron bastante en proporcionarlo.

Las camas son duras y tienen como hule que cuando te mueves se escucha el ruido Nunca se queden en la habitación 432 al lado hay unos motores del hotel que hace un ruido espantoso y no te deja descansar en lo absoluto El personal es poco amable

la limpieza, y no es que este sucio pero hay detalles q considero pueden mejorar facilmente, como las puertas, el retrete, el piso o ventanas en la alberca, son detalles pequeños la verdad, pero como huesped son importantesz
