It was clean, close to the center
It felt like staff didn’t care about anything.
If someone is taking the shower in the other room, the sound is crazy.
Everything is super outdated and room didn’t look like in the photos.
Even if it’s close to the downtown I didn’t feel very comfortable walking in hotel area after sun goes down

Good room, powerful shower, central location, good tv
Our room had traffic noise early in morning, ear plugs easily resolved this

Overall it was fine.
The staff is the morality police. I’m 61 years old and couldn’t bring a friend to my room. They police who comes and go. Will never stay here again.

location is excellent - price very economical
well, if you think that the chief job of a hotel is to provide a comfortable room, where you can rest, not here. Mexico notorious for hard uncomfortable beds, this hotel has the hardest most awful “mattress” in my 30+ years of traveling the Republic. One towel. carpet unraveling to the point it’s a tripping hazard. One electric plug. No bedside lighting - just the floodlight in the middle of the ceiling. No “Do Not Disturb” door hanger so the maid starts knocking loudly on your door at 8:30. Hallways are all hard surface, so sound echos like a concert hall. Bleak and barely utilitarian. I think you could be more comfortable in a Swedish jail. it’s probably slightly better than spending the night on a bench in the park across the street.

Hotel location was perfect for us, breakfast was ok but a little over priced. The rooms and facility were very basic, but comfortable. Room was cleaned daily, air conditioner worked great, and hot water was very hot. The bed was comfortable and the price was very good. We were allowed to check in very early (1pm).
Property is non-smoking but someone in a room nearby was smoking. After I reported it, it seems not much was done because it continued throughout our stay. Only 2 towels per day (1 per person) and no small face towels. The other bathroom toiletries were limited and below average. Hairdryer did not work. Front desk staff was not very friendly (maybe because my Spanish is not very good) and we had to have our room key reprogrammed every day ("for security").

It’s close to the center and you can go anywhere by walking
The parking was kind of difficult. You need to park outside or if you want to park on the inside, the parking lot has a very small entrance and a very steep descent that may damage your car if you’re not careful since it’s also on a curve

Location is amazing, you can walk to any place in downtown without any problem. The hotel is comfortable and the rooms have good space.
The parking is really really small, everyone needed to get out of the car to check spaces and to make a lot of movements to be able to get in or out

I hate being forced to pay for parking, rude and aggressive

The beds are so hard! They never change the sheets on the beds. At first we were given a room with bed bugs and dirty covers! Disgusting! You have to call daily for bath towels to your room. The key card for the room deactivated daily after 1pm. The hairdryer in the room was broken. Mosquitoes everywhere in the hotel. The hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes or tooth paste or anything for that matter including shampoo! The only good thing about the hotel is the location and water pressure for shower. The air conditioning was so weak. The staff was horrible and inattentive and inconsiderate. I’ve never had a bad experience in Mexico until now! I would not recommend anyone visit this hotel.
Everything should’ve and could’ve been better!
