The restaurant buffet was delicious with many options to choose from. The service from the receptionist and the waiters in the restaurant was exceptional! Very welcoming and accommodating. You can walk to the center of QRO in a good amount of time. And there’s always constant communication from receptionists. Great experience each time

Exceptional

The very spacious and well equipped room. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning unit worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower too was perfect. Finally, I liked the restaurant. It gave you the option to order a la carte or do a buffet, and both options had a huge menu to choose from.

There was really nothing not to like about the hotel but if I had to pick anything negative, it would be the size of the bathrooms. They could use a little more space so that the towel rack does not have to sit above the toilet, which, in turn, is right behind the door. Unfortunately, those are design issues that cannot be fixed without remodeling the entire hotel.

Proximity to the family and center of town, the restaurant was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff was awesome.

Excellent Hotel in Queretaro, whenever alone, in couple or with the whole family

When in Queretaro, Mercury Inn is my second home, nice location, nice facilities, Rooms have all the necessary amenities, and Breakfasts are really excellent Excellent sleep quality, beds

The only attention point would be to review their internet access, the last 2 times it wasn't functioning properly specially late at night, investment should be done Weekends you should wake up quite early if you want to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel

The towels could be newer and softer. There were some extra blankets which smell bad ( unfortunately we didn't' need to use them).

no towel in the bathroom so when you finish to take a bath you could put your feet on it and avoid wetting the floor . also the Pool need to be warm up because even at 2hpm it is really cold.

Top tier accommodations for a great deal

The staff was very attentive. The room was very clean. There are many small details that enhanced our family's stay. For example, the good quality shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Also the personal lights with the lamps at the desk and arm chair. Nice rolling desk chair. And the bed was super comfortable. We felt happy about tipping the staff well at this hotel.

It feels a bit small. It might be that it's actually small or the interior design can be improved to give a more spacious feel.

Tv Cable was not working from like 6 pm until next day so no tv

Its ok

The place seems nice. The fruit on the buffet was good Check in and check out were relative fast Staff at the restauran was really nice.

The room was a little dirty there was even a roach The pool was also dirty, we didnt dive in because there was a cigarette flooting around. The bacon on the buffet was really bad.
