Would stay there again, but definitely need a "double" bed just for myself.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Information on travel site was not accurate. No wi-fi or shuttle. Hotel is 30- 90 minutes from airport depending on time of day/traffic. Guests were loud late into the nght, only got about 2 hrs sleep and checked out at 4:00 am.

It was only a one night experience but it was sufficient enough to say I would go back again.

1. Complete silence at night, so I could sleep as if I were on top of a mountain. 2. Cleaning ladies did not disturb my sleep at all. 3. Bed was very comfortable. 4. Room temperature was just perfect. 5. I could do and finish my DUOLINGO homework undisturbed. - 6. I watched one of my favorite TV series, a very old one, LAW & ORDER in English. 7. Bathroom size and shower were very good: Big enough, clean, warm, shower pressure was excellent. 8. Closet was big enough for my wife's clothes and mine. 9. Cost-benefit relation was excellent. 10. The check-in employee, Christian, was kind and efficient. 11. All employees had a kind attitude and always willing to help e.g. A big security officer told us the best way to go to Candiles, where our son lives. 12. The room was perfectly clean and in tip top condition. 13. BEST RESTAURANT VISITED: Out of three restaurants visited, the best by far, a place called "MANIATICA": Delicious food, I ate the best salmon ever. Cost-benefit, just great! (It is a bit far in a city area called Millennial.)

1. The view is not pretty, my room was facing a two-way highway. 2. The room was not completely noise-proof, I could hear a bit of the noise produced by trailers passing by. (they claim noiseless rooms; probably those that do not face the road. 3. I was not offered help with my luggage, probably they are understaffed. 4. Lighting is not good for people who enjoy reading before going to bed or those writing reports at night. 5. The faucet in the bathroom was a bit loose, so dripping occurred once. 6. The door knob of the bathroom door was a bit tricky, my wife is not strong enough, so she could not push it down all the way so she might have trapped there for quite a while if I hadn't been behind her to help her out.

The personnel! Especially people at the restaurant. Ruben, Juan Luis, José Luis, the ladies were are great! I like also it’s location and the price.

location and cost was okay

rooms are divided with drywall, a lot of noice from other rooms and hallway. not clean, dust in certain places. Not flexible with check in.

The hotel is located close to a main road and as there is not any sound insulation we couldn't sleep at all as the traffic was very heavy all night long.

The hotel is very good value for money - no doubt. However, our sleep wasn’t pleasant.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed, located in the second tower. The room looks new and it was very clean and with a enough space. That also counts for the bathroom. Our breakfast was included in the price, which made our stay more comfortable.

The rooms are not sound proof. There is a lot of echo in the halls. Other guests and people talking loud at late hours woke us up every single night. The staff also wake us up every early in the morning when speaking with each other or in their radios. There could also be an improvement with the pillows.

The Hotel was very well-located. The room ample and very well-equipped with a lounge area and kitchenette. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in the family suite. One of the double beds was very old to the point that the mattress springs were popping out, very dangerous an unpleasant. Please change the mattresses.
