Would not go back

There was a plumbing problem in both rooms. Had to change rooms. Noisy. The were workers outside room at 330 am doing some kind of work. Noisy. Lighting outside room was very dark.

Beautiful property, nice pool, gym, restaurant and staff was wonderful. Very attentive. Restaurant is tasty. Easy to order room service also.

I was in a room with a room above it and I could hear footsteps very clearly from people upstair. I'm not sure if they were stomping loudly, but it was loud for a few days at odd times like 2am.

Location is prime and facilites are beautiful.

Front Staff were a bit awkward when I said I had a pet and it was pet friendly hotel. Breakfast was not included.

When you visit Querétaro with kids this is the best place to stay. The historical center is only a short taxi ride away.

It is great with kids. Heated pool and playground in a garden like environment was just perfect. My kids loved it and we as parents too. Hotel staff is very friendly and always supportive.

We could sometimes hear the main road.

Plenty of open spaces. Room spacious. Pool very nice. Walking distance to various eateries. OXXO close by. Great free coffee available in the lobby.
