Lovely hotel across from wonderful park

Breakfast was very good. We liked the lady who made the delicious omelettes. It was walking distance to the historic centre with all its beautiful plazas. The staff were very attentive. The room was very small but efficient.

The toilet area was too small. The lights kept going on and off. Our second time I came back recovering from gastro and wanted to eat only toast and tea and be with my husband in the restaurant. He ordered a lot but the waiter told me i had to leave becsuse I had brought in bread to eat. Of course they wouldn’t toast it. It was embarrassing to leave my husband and eat in the lobby alone. Why the rigidity? Where’s the compassion?

Very clean. Great bed. Compact but efficient layout.

The toilet was in a tiny space very hard to get in and out and we are quite thin. The light kept going on and off and a nice young gentleman came up to adjust it but it still was very annoying.

Convenient location with a delicious breakfast

Great location with a very nice rooftop and views of the city. Right across the street from the Alameda park. It was very convenient to walk to the historical sites from this hotel. Excellent breakfast!

Good value for money

Good value for money. The room is spacious and well equipped

The exhaust of the bathroom was very noisy. Even with the door closed you could hear it in the room. It would switch off automatically after around 20 minutes or so however.

Location good as anywhere else (have stayed NE of Centro before and equal). Breakfast very good. Staff excellent.

Location was great…for the park, the market just to the west, and even better if lucky to be there same weekend as a footbal game. East 15 minute walk north to the historic areas…lots to see on the way. Breakfast was good. Variety and staff were very attentive.

Needs a few new carpets in some hallways. Better information about the lounge, and esp the rooftop. Rooftop is excellent and maybe having a bartender there with a few basic drink options up there would draw more people there. Missed opportunity in my opinion. But understand if that roof gets busy, people below may be impacted.

Incredible value for money! 🤩

I loved that it's a complete experience. It had everything. A park in front, a great view, an incredible terrace, parking, amazing breakfast, and great value for money. I loved it. The staff is not genuanuily nice but they try to do a good job. The service is not great compared to other places in Mexico, but it's not bad either. The facilities in the bedroom are not well maintained like the carpet and some of the furniture, but it is not bad either. Overall I was extremely happy to have stayed in this place...

Manager of breakfast room rudely challenges me for taking a donut from my table She wanted to know if I had paid for my breakfast. Ruined my whole stay!!!!!!!!

Perfect location, friendly staff, and clean facilities for a casual weekend stay

Excellent location, walking distance to everything you would need during your stay. Staff super helpful and friendly, facilities from the room to the lobby were all very clean.

The beds were really hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The AC temperature would not function properly and got very cold in the night. The toilet was an industrial airport bathroom style toilet (no lid) that was extremely loud when flushed, I've never had that in a hotel room before!

The breakfast buffet was excellent!

We didn't have any hot water..no matter which way we turned the handle. We didn't call for help as it was almost midnight and we were exhausted, just took a very quick,minimal shower.
