Nice rooms, good price, go out or order food in!

The room very clean with nice layout.

The restaurant dinner was very distasteful... Not what the photo on menu showed as chicken fajita!

We stayed for a night on our honeymoon and the staff decorated our room. They did a great job

The hotel is good, it looks new in some areas, the bathroom looked little older, the lobby and restaurant are nice, the bed was very comfy. The rooms don’t have a coffee machine or fridge. There is a coffee station in the lobby (very basic, just black coffee, no creamer) The noise is terrible, you can here what they do in every room around, tv, conversations, music, etc. The pool area is nice but the pool itself wasn’t very clean. Fair for the price you pay The staff was very nice The prices in the restaurant a little high compared with places in the area.

OK for an overnight stay, but a few things can be improved for the price

Everything was as expected and described. Great bed, big TV, secure parking lot, and friendly staff.

There was a terrible smell coming out from the bathroom constantly. The shower wasn't properly cleaned, there was hair from previous guest. Slow WiFi and very unreliable. TV sound quality is not great, maybe it's the TV itself or the box it is in. There's no good parking entrance road sign.

Superb

Very clean and spacious, staff super courteous and nice, beds are very comfortable and room is well equipped with iron, hair dryer, safe and huge TV. Location is very short distance to city center, but traffic is killer.

No counter space in the bathroom sink, wife had to juggle lots of things around just to put on makeup. The air conditioning has only one vent, took several hours to get the room to temp specially in a city as hot as Querétaro. Definitely not a deal breaker, much more positives, just sharing some thoughts.

Good choice far from the city but with a good price

The breakfast was really good, ready made mexican dishes and a buffet of fruit and warm dishes. The bed was comfy and the pool was a nice touch. The water was very cold but since Queretaro is very warm, it didn't matter. The staff was helpful and the parking was huge.

Neighbor is kinda ugly but that is not their fault. The gym was small with just a few machines and lower weights. The mat was kinda dirty.

El lugar es cómodo aunque no le ayuda la autopista por el ruido

La atención del personal, todos fueron amables, hacen lo que pueden con lo que pueden contar para proporcionar el servicio y la relación calidad - precio, no puedo ser muy exigente por lo que pagué

El piso de la habitación estaba ligeramente sucio cuando llegue, como cuando se te cae una coca y sientes que se pega la suela del zapato, pero lo más molesto es la ubicación, está a un lado de la autopista, pasa mucho trailer o vehículos en general y toda la noche se escucha el ruido, no descanse bien!
