Short Stop at Queretaro was perfect

Location was perfect to visit downtown area and El Cerro de las Campanas. Breakfast had a good variety of fruits. Staff was super attentive and very friendly.

The lights by the bed were not positioned right (normally, the lights should be by the night table for convenience). Other than that, room was comfortable.

Easy check in Staff very nice Inside a commercial center so it's very easy to get some food and there is also an oxxo just down the lobby I found the hotel being very quiet

Outstanding

Outstanding value, cheerful and extremly helpful staff at reception, maintenance and management. A guest next door had a medical emergency and the hotel brought a doctor to his room who took care of the issue and all that was covered by the hotel. Great gymnasium. SMmart TV. Excellent internet connection. Refrigerator/ microwave..Free wash and dry machines, they even provide detergent, WOW.

Unfortunate

The hotel property had a modern vibe, the rooms were clean. It’s located in a plaza with 3/4 eating options.

The cleanliness of the hotel is probably its biggest commendable factor. To navigate to the rooms, you have to use two elevators . This is more a nuisance than an issue. During my stay, we had some items stolen by housekeeping. The first day we realised it was missing, we decided to look throughly through the room before making accusations. Unfortunately, the items were taken. This was reported to the hotel staff and booking.com but so far no further action has taken place.

Definitely would come back! Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds.

Location was close to the downtown area and made a great home-base for day trips to Pena Bernal and San Miguel de Allande.

The construction and traffic going on around the hotel was inconvenient but not too bad.

Cleanliness

No restaurant in hotel or eatery; No mini convenience stand in hotel. Room supplies meager and not enough for two persons. No bottled water. Heavy & very slow construction traffic all around the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and with great views.

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Free Underground parking with direct access to the hotel was great. Many great options for food and other located in the shopping plaza.

Shower glass doors wouldn’t stay closed. Water got out into the bathroom floor.

Room has a good space.

Breakfast expensive and terrible. There was no food at the buffet, I asked the staff if they cold refill it, but they treated me very badly. I don´t intend to go back to this hotel.

I didn’t like the property, the AC of the room didn’t work, the staff excused themselves saying it was because the hotel was fully booked, or it was an issue in all the rooms (lie). Every night we had to report the AC issue, wait for a maintenance guy to check, wait more than one hour in order for them to change our room. We have to move 6 times in our 2 night stay.

Love this place!! Great value and it deserved the 9+ rating. We will stay here again!!

The place is newish and super clean. There's a plaza with Starbucks. It's super quiet even though we face the street and plaza. They gave us the top floor so we have a nice view. TV is large and hung on the wall. Doing laundry is free and they even gave us detergent and fabric softener. It's such a good value and there are restos and an OXXO and BBVA in the plaza. We just Ubered to El Centro when we wanted to eat out and stroll around. Air conditioning -- so and cool at night so we slept so well! Large King bed too.

Breakfast didn't look great, but that's ok. Plenty to eat in the plaza and not many people getting breakfast so makes sense that they didn't go all out.

Clean and modern. Somewhat noisy rooms. Good water pressure, and hot water.

It was a clean, modern minimalist room. Nothing extra, but everything you needed. Lots of usb ports, and good wifi. Good a/c and individual control of room temperature. Water pressure was good, and plenty of hot water. Nice to have the fridge, microwave and some dishes. Purified water was provided, and more available on each floor.

Rooms are noisy. Keep the fan on low for white noise. Room latches/locks are heavy duty, and loud. You will hear everyone’s. Room door has gap, no sealing threshold. You hear all corridor noise. Room windows are big, and nice views. Not noise blocking, you hear all street noise. Lack of coffee pot. We used the microwave for instant starbucks coffee. We would have preferred in room brewed coffee.
