Frustrating,unhelpful staff

Breakfast ok Was not offered water on arrival but give a bottle of lukewarm when I went down to ask. It was 40 outside. I asked at 4 pm if someone could change tv toEnglish was told someone would no show! Very little English spoken at font desk, staff appeared to show little interest. Quoted 510 pesos for taxi to airport driver charged 680

Staff not too helpful both at service desk and breakfast no one spoke English. Had to ask for salt and butter Map of local shops would have been helpful.

Excellent stay overnight! Fabulous breakfast. Super friendly and helpful and friendly staff

modern, clean, excellent breakfast, fabulous staff. English speaking available for us, DAVID-hotel lobby staff very helpful with Uber taxi booking and luggage storage. Also extremely friendly. Our room was super clean by friendly Emanuel. Shower was hot and comfortable. (note: no courtesy shampoo etc.) Hand towels not provided.

Very comfy and the location. The people in the check-in was very nice to me, the people in the check-out was the other way around🤮

Always a pleasure visiting Queretaro and a pleasant stay at Ibis!

The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. House keeping staff does a good job, our room was clean and comfortable! We had a nice view of the very busy traffic below the hotel and it was great having the sound proof window. The location is convenient and we generally manage to find what we need on the south side.

We haven’t eaten at the hotel restaurant for awhile. It seems fine but I recognize the challenges in offering on site meals. I confess to being a “picky” eater.🤷🏽‍♂️
