Beautiful hotel with nice amenities & fabulous staff!

Hygiene & comfort were excellent. All the staff was superb, courteous, helpful and always very congenial.

Location was an obstacle due to the mile + walk to the historic area. Booking.com was a bit misleading, stating it was located in historic area.

Good hotel for a short stay

The hotel is in a good location, close to the main road into Queretero and not far from the centre. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant offered a variety of food and drink and were able to accomodate our group of 10 for dinner with no reservation. Breakfast here is clearly very good as the restaurant was full when we left - we didn't have time for breakfast.

Good quality hotel with some minor negatives

- good hotel in general - good staff - secure - good restaurant for breakfast and dinner (it is pricey!) - AC in room

- bad neighborhood (edge of a bad area actually, no walking recommended) - AC is really noisy, not possible to sleep while it is on - no fridge in room - shower was clogged: water was not flowing down fast enough: even slippers don't help avoiding contact with floor bacteria - only good price when on sale

The hotel is not a 5 stars Hotel I asked for hair conditioner and simply the answer was "we dont have" the hanger in the bathroom was broken and the worst , you can hear ALL the noise coming from the room next to us

Cleaning es great, people are friendly Clean place. Bathrooms are sanitized and all is clean.

Bed is uncomfortable. I have been in this place several times reserving by phone and all was very good and comfortable, but when I mentioned in the front desk the reservation through booking, the receptionist did a phone call mentioning to somebody “I have a booking”, later she gave me the room keys. After my experience in this staying, I am sensing that since I reserved though this APP they assigned me an old room with an old and hard bed. I like booking prices and facilities but sincerely I prefer to have a good rest in a good bed instead of a discount. My rest is more important than a discount.

It was good for the price!!!

The cleaning of the room was every day of the week. And you can choose if you want it. The hotel was cleaned everywhere. The employees were super helpful and friendly. The room included a few nice amenities too.

The WIFI didn't have good signal. The food wasn't good. And the heating system was the same to all the rooms. We had to be careful with the water coming from the shower, it comes out and fills after a while.
