The studio room is not in the main building but just around the corner. It was clean and tidy, has a small kitchen, fridge and all you need to prepare a meal. It has a balcony and a view of the city (it's located in the top floor). It was really nice and for a good price. I would stay there again.
Nothing.

Small rooms, steep and uncomfortable stairs and miserable clean methods

Very kind team, and explained well about the location and all my questions in advance.
Underground car park is good and they provide access for a fee. Only thing is the car park to the apartment is round walk. But that’s okay as it is still in city. There is no drive zone so you have to rounds in car too. All good with the property for the price. All first time experiences.

The staff were not welcoming especially those at the reception

No «ente» at breakfast - in Germany that’s given, when it’s not there it’s pure deceit

The location, quick

Clean, neat, comfortable. The kitchenette is very convenient. It's basic and not fancy, but I'm basic and not fancy, so it suited my needs perfectly 😊 The tiny little balcony was nice for morning coffee.
There was construction happening at the hotel, which wasn't mentioned in the listing and only became clear on arrival, but that's temporary. A fan in the room would have been nice, but that's a very minor complaint.

The property was clean, and in a building which is like a studio apartment. They have kitchen with basic stuff to cook, and a small balcony.
There are few things which were disappointing:
1. They have two type of room for deluxe category, and both have different capacity and size, yet both are listed as same. They gave me a different room than what i choose on booking and that is not suitable for 4 people (but 3 people only). When speaking to reception, they could care and said we can’t do anything.
2. In the kitchen, the utensils is there for 3 persons only. Then why take the booking for 4 people?
We were highly disappointed with this.
Covered parking also didn’t feel secured as it was a shady parking in building.

Location is good. It is aparthotel with basic kitchen and utensils. Clean and quiet. Perfect breakfast. Parking provided near the property.
Not well welcome, no air conditioner. The last roof needs it.

Everything in general. I have always been coming to the Acora hotel for four years.
Everything was perfect as always. I have nothing negative to write about the Acora hotel.

24/7 check-in is a real asset
The temperature under the roof was over the roof : sleeping was almost impossible

Average choice and quality for Germany, but expensive for what you get.
The rooms are the same as when I stayed 12 years ago but are tired and dated. The kitchen is a positive bonus, but room was not cleaned properly, especially bathroom which had remains of old soap in dish and shower.

Comfortable room with a minor kitchenette, breakfast with a nice variety, parking convenience.
Breakfast could be available until a bit later (9am is a rather early limit). Kitchen basics would help in food preparation.

A standard 3* hotel without anything fancy, but absolutely 100% clean, in a quite location very close to the city centre.
Room equipment isn't newest and breakfast were tasty, but with small offer and quite monotonous. Not sure if worth 15 Eur per breakfast

we booked a particular room as Booking.com says the room has a bath tub. but the room given didn’t have one, so we had to ask and they changed the rooms for us.

The hotel is located in the city centre close to restaurants, public transportation, nice neighbourhood. Parking available on the street, however in a limited amount or times. The hotel provides, yet for a surcharge, garage parking, which we used and found it very convenient. The room is clean and cozy. Breakfast with a much wider variety as one would expect given the rather simple/spartan visual impression of the building itself.
In both rooms we had had the bed on a small upper floor with steep stairs to get there. the "living room" in the lower floor with a cupboard and table really missed a sofa, which, however, would not fit in given the size of the room. Logic of the room layout is somewhat less practical, all your stuff (cupboard) is on the lower floor and to change clothes, you have to either hide in the bathroom or be quite well visible through not opaque enough curtains. For a longer stay I would definitely look for something else.
You can notice that the building is not the newest and windows would definitely improve by changing the gaskets. Noise from outside passes through almost as the barrier were not there. Yet the neighbourhood is rather quiet.
