One night solo traveler

I had a lovely stay here albeit brief. The room was comfortable and the hotel is well connected. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive and warm.

Bad

There is no receptionist on the hotel. Self check-in machine is never accepted the reservation number or surname. The given number in any case is not reachable. If you want to pay extra deposits and do not want to reach to the property you can book this hotel… waste of time!

a simple hotel to stay in when on the road

Very dedicated receptionist who was working in the middle of the night against all odds (not functioning reservation system, storm, flooded corridors, being obviously on her own). Her attitude and support was exceptional.

Not easy to find from the street, rooms worn out, very noisy toillet - flushing the toillet in the middle of the night must have waken up the whole hotel...

atleast they attended the call

I had an option to select checkin time ,we were on the check in time at 23:50. But when I called them on telephone, they said they were closed it’s so sad that they gave this response. I know in COVID times it so essential to keep up the measures but check in times are an issue. The worker said they were already closed checkin at 23:30 but website says checkin is from 15:00 to 00:00. So it’s not really fair they did this on a cold night .

Great Location! It’s close to the main shopping street and restaurants and cafes. The furniture is very basic but clean.

The shower leaked a lot and flooded the hole bathroom. Also the walls were quiet thin so we could hear the people in the hallway and in the rooms next to us.

Recommended

This place offers great value for money. The rooms are fine and the location is perfect. They do offer an extensive breakfast and the staff is nice. It is also possible to park for 15 euros a day in the parking lot right around the corner. Which was good as well.

Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding en er werd meteen gekeken naar een andere kamer toen de aangewezen kamer niet schoongemaakt bleek te zijn.

Im Zimmer hat es sehr stark gestunken. Die Bettwäsche war sehr schmutzig und hat unangenehm gerochen, teilweise waren gelbe Flecken auf der Tagesdecke. Die Handtücher wurden im Zimmer nicht gewechselt, erst nachdem ich selbst darum gebeten habe. Die Handtücher werden so gewaschen, dass der alte Geruch bleibt – es riecht, als wären sie nicht richtig gewaschen worden. Nachts war es sehr laut: Das Hotel ist groß, ständig kamen Leute, es wurde geklopft, es gab Partys – sehr unkomfortabel. Ich habe um ein Kinderbett gebeten. Man hat mir ein Kinderbett und ein Kissen für das Kind gebracht, aber das Kissen war innen in der Kissenhülle schwarz und schmutzig – im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes schwarz.

Auf keinen Fall wieder!

Die Lage war für mich ideal, da ich zu einem Termin zum BGH musste. Auch vom Hauptbahnhof aus war man nur ca. 10 Minuten mit der Tram zur Unterkunft unterwegs.

Es war dreckig! Im Zimmer sowie im Bad waren überall Haare auf dem Boden verteilt, hinter der Zimmertür hat sich gleich ein ganzer Ballen an Staub und Haaren breit gemacht. Das Bett war voller Fusel. Zwei meiner Deckenleuchten flackerten und gingen mal an mal aus. Der Wasserkocher wurde wohl noch nie entkalkt. Kurz nach meiner Ankunft am Zimmer machte sich plötzlich jemand an meiner Tür zu schaffen. Als ich nachsehen wollte, ging die Tür auf einmal auf und jemandem wurde einfach direkt nach mir das gleiche Zimmer vergeben! Ich erhielt beim auschecken keine Rechnung und warte nach wie vor auf diese. Auch auf E-Mail-Anfragen oder Anfragen über die Booking.com-Plattform wird nicht reagiert.

Die Lage im Stadtzentrum ist gut

Der Schlüssel passte nicht zum Zimmer und wir bekamen ein ersatzzimmer. Fernseher war auf rumänisch eingestellt.

Nette garage en goed ontbijt wij waren onze kaart voor de kamer kwijt en daar wordt niet moeilijk over gedaan. En we kregen een nieuwe top. We vroegen waar we iets konden eten en dat werd netjes uit gelegd.kamer was netjes.

Geen toilet papier, snoepjes onder het bed. Lawaai hotelkamer aan de trambaan. Een gestreste baas. Geen echte sfeer.

Wer was sehr günstiges spontanes sucht ist hier richtig, Ideal als Unterkunft fürn Städtetrip

Super sauber und für das Geld alles perfekt. Wir haben erst abends eingecheckt und der Herr am Empfang hat auf uns gewartet obwohl er um 15 Uhr Feierabend gehabt hätte. Also auf jeden Fall gerne wieder- Preis ist super günstig.

Alles was ich wenn überhaupt bemängeln kann, keine Klimaanlage was ich bei dem Preis auch verstehen kann, und beim Fernseher gingen manche Kanäle nicht. Kühlschrank wenn man das braucht auch nicht vorhanden aber man ist mitten in der Innenstadt also hat man alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Sogar ein Edeka nebendran.

Ontbijt was uitstekend. Heerlijke noten en granen . zeer uitgebreid en gevarieerd. vriendelijk personeel grote ruimte en prettig uitzicht op ontwakend Karlsruhe. Rustige sfeer, geen of zachte muziek. Heel comfortabel bed. Goed bereikbaar en niet duur.

Sempre que eu vou a cidade de Karlsruhe nos hospedamos aqui. Para mim é um excelente lugar! Localização, banheiro de tamanho confortável e bem equipado, as camas são muuuito confortáveis e oferecem serviço de quarto. O hotel tem um ponto de bonde super perto que facilita muito tudo, fica muito perto do centro, todos os funcionários são ótimos.
