everyone was kind and the staff were amazing

The bar and communal area upstairs are great. Staff were helpful, assisting organising trips etc.

Nothing all was fine.

The receptionist was very helpful with my questions and allowed me to check in early, which I was very grateful for. The environment was really nice and I loved the cats.

Wasn't able to connect to any of the wifi from inside my room. Wasn't a big deal, just slightly inconvenient. The receptionist (darker skinned one) was not professional at all. I left at 8am, told her the shuttle bus is coming to pick me up at 9:30am (a shuttle service I booked through the hostel) and I'm going to get breakfast and come back. The driver came early, asked for me and she told him no one by that name is staying here. She didn't even check to verify. Luckily the driver came back and he was very upset also.

The people who worked there, good size kitchen and space to hang out upstairs

The fact that I used their laundry service and half my clothes were returned stained with bleached. The cleaning lady had the audacity to say straight to my face she found my clothes like that, and they don’t use bleach. Even though there is tons of bleach bottles in the laundry room, and although they might only use them for their sheets . There was clear negligence in the process . The manager was kind enough to comp. my excursion the day prior however it did not cover the cost to replace my items.
