Great location

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The place was very nice and great for our family with kids and grandfathers.

There were a few stains in the sheets and towels.

Central location, comfortable room, good staff, would return

The staff was exceptional. Called me by name. Answered my questions. My tour was canceled, so I didn't know what to do that day. They helped give me ideas, given their knowledge of the area. The water pressure was good. The bath sink area had plenty of room to put your items and "settle in." The bed was comfortable. There is a water cooler in the hallway so you can refill your water. The drinks were cheap and strong, far better than I found at the local bars or restaurants. As it's only less than 2 years old, you can tell they put time and effort into updating the old lodging, and creating a great hospitality experience and team. The location was safe and close to everything in the heart of the town. Had no problem walking around.

I would say it was a little pricey.

A very comfortable and amazing stay!

Centrally located close to many restaurants, supermarkets, tour meetups, etc. The staff was extremely helpful, and were kind enough to upgrade our room for us when they found out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was very spacious, clean, and one of the comfiest beds we have slept on in any hotel! Would highly recommend!

Rooms are very clean and modern, Carroll was absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and knows how to make great drinks

The remotes of the fan/lights are the same for all the rooms so the next door room can switch the lights in your room, happened to us twice in the middle of the night

Perfect place for rest and location in the town

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The team were so friendly and always on hand to help. Managed to check-in early which was great after travelling from Flores. Everything you need is on the doorstep- great location.

Love the convenient filtered water dispenser. Cuts down on plastic bottle waste and saves time not having to go to the store to lug bottled water back to the room. Spacious room and adequate store space.

Loved it. Center of town. Delightful staff. Well priced drinks. Super new and clean. No pool or restaurant but the coffee shop downstairs has great pastries and snacks and makes delicious breakfast sandwiches on certain days. We left every morning early to go on a tour so no pool needed for us. So glad we found this place.

Boutique hotel at reasonable rate in the heart of San Ignacio

The location was great--in downtown San Ignacio and perched on the hill on the second level with a generous balcony sitting next to a bar. I met Belizians the first night there who just happened to be enjoying a drink at the bar, so it's a nice, newer spot in town. The staff--both Carroll and Gilda were really nice and helpful. The beds are super comfortable, and the AC works beautifully. They have a purified water filter in the hallway. The price was very reasonable in comparison to hotels a block down on Burns, which are older and not nearly as nice as this. Though there is no breakfast offered here, they partner with a local bakery and the owners own and operate (I believe this to be true, not 100% sure) the Daily Grind coffee shop just downstairs. The servers got to know me--try a shake for breakfast as the days are warm! Again, I saw local residents in here every day--it's not just a tourist spot.

Most comfortable stays I've been in a while.

Central location, gorgeous rooms, one of the most luxurious beds I've slept in a while, pillows and bed were so soft. Well worth the price 👌 and I hope it stays that way.the internet speed was the fastest around, and the security guard was super super helpful

Because it was a last-minute booking, they had some trouble with the payment method, no microwave in the room.

Súper recomendable superó mis expectativas

Muy bien ubicado, en una zona céntrica y de fácil acceso. El personal es sumamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación es muy cómoda y amplia, equipada con todo lo necesario para que la estadía sea realmente placentera. Sin dudas, un lugar que invita a descansar y disfrutar de una experiencia excelente.

Très agréable séjour dans un beau établissement.

Très agréable séjour, personnel très gentil, jolie chambre propre et confortable, belle terrasse et welcome cocktail.

Dommage qu'il est impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place, ne serait-ce qu'un thé ou café et une viennoiserie. Mais nous le savions à l'avance alors ce n'était pas un vrai problème.
