Decent place to sleep, nice rooms, lovely staff. But it's not a 'resort' you spend you day lounging

Staff are very nice, the room was decent and very large with a private balcony. I changed to this room after realizing my initial booking was for a tine room with a shared bath. Pool is pretty. Easy 10 minute walk to the tourist area, but I didn't spend much time in town. I went on some great tours to surrounding ruins, caves, etc.

There is a lot of road noise at night. Perhaps it's quieter in the cabanas further back on the property? But it was probably nicer than staying right in town where it would be even noisier.

An expensive backpacker hotel. 2 star at best

The staff are very friendly

Advertised breakfast with the room stay. Not true No potable water close to the room Coffee/tea pot in the room but know water Restaurant associated with the hotel can’t handle a full restaurant of clients. Very poor water pressure in the bathroom or the shower head needed replacing

The breakfast at the restaurant. The menu said fruits but there was only banana. Also, they should serve espresso drinks not just colated coffee.

Rezervovaný pokoj neexistoval!

Dostupnost bazénu a bungalov, ve kterém nás nakonec ubytovali, poté, co jsme půl hodiny museli vyjednávat, aby nás vůbec ubytovali, protože tvrdili, že námi zarezervovaný pokoj v jejich hotelu vůbec nenabízejí a nemají a chtěli k ceně 150 USD doplatek 200 USD!

V pokoji nebyl žádný nábytek na odložení osobních věcí. Lokalita byla dál od centra.
