Good enough for a one night stay, but wouldn’t recommend

Friendly staff, decently clean and cheap

Could not turn on rain shower (was broken), no body soap in shower, sink in bathroom was semi clogged, toilet seat was very loose and overall cleanliness of the bathroom was not great.

extremely poor

I am not quite sure if it is a real B&B. It could be a scam and it would not be any different. Paid through booking and never received a clear message of confirmation. Never slept there. Waited at the entrance of the B&B and the "host" ever showed up. Don t even try guys.

Avoid if you want a hassle free stay

This was my worst experience EVER on booking.com. AVOID if you want a hassle free trip. I arrived at 22:15 and there was no number or name, just a closed cafe. No email with any info was received so had to call the helpline who called the proprietor. Things deteriorated from there and ended up going somewhere else for the night.

The host was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious.

The stairs to the rooms are very steep and narrow. Uncomfortable for bringing bags up and down. The window was also dirty, the rest is ok.

The location was great. 15 min walk from city center

Price / quality was not ok. This is a 1,5 star hotel. Small and bad quality beds, door that cannot be locked, noise from others rooms, etc. If this hotel was 60-65 euro's, ok. Now it was top expensive.

Unfortunately, people in the other room were making noises all night, coughing and snoring - walls are very thin! Zero sleep

The location is really nice, next to the water and MAS.

The owner is not friendly. Interior of the rooms is old-fashioned. Pillows on the bed had stains on them. We had no toilet paper in our bathroom. There was no check-out (we were told to leave the key in our room and just leave), so I called the owner later on to ask for an invoice because I stayed there on a business trip. She yelled at me through the phone saying that she was busy and she had no time to talk.

Super location however very disappointing accommodation

Location was perfect, within walking distance of the Centre and good possibilities to park the car close. Safe and easy door key system.

Rooms are unacceptably noisy. Every sound from the corridor or adjacent rooms are clear as if in our own room. Bedlinnen was smelling unclean. No possibilities for early/late checkin/checkout or even leaving luggage. Bathroom had a broken shower tap due to which part of the shower was unusable. Very unpleasant stains in the room furniture.

Room was nice if a bit small. Balcony view and toilet.

Didn't even know I was coming, charged me extra Money for my bike. (Never in my years of travelling has this happened) Made walk up and down the stairs multiple times for the keys. Blood in walkway. No soap available until I found some hidden in bathroom. Mould on the cover of the water.

relatively good location, not the best

Early check in not allowed, not even an option to leave backpacks in a room or a locker, zero will to help, disappointing. The owner forgot to send us the entry code, we had to call her 2 times to re-ask the same, 10 minutes waiting outside and she sent a wrong code, so we had to call her one more time, then instead of apologise she told us how to enter clearly upset and rude, with a poor English.

A double bed was indicated but unfortunately it were 2 singles together but covered as a double. Maybe good idea to mention this.

property was not very hard to find and clean and comfortable.

there needs to be an installation where the door closes automatically. as when persons are out raving they forget to lock a door. install lights with sensor or give clear instructions where to find the switch. parking is not very easy to find but the is a carpark on the other side.

Acceptable

Good location in a lovely neighborhood. Around 30 minutes walking to the center. You have to enter the cafeteria under the B&B where the owner provides you with the keys via a phone link, so be advised to download it in several phones if you ran out of battery. It is an okay accommodation for 1 night if you are planning on visiting most the time and only sleeping.
