F1 Lille was a perfect overnight stop over with Lille city centre only 11 minutes away shopping mall and restaurants all

Location is amazing with everything you need on doorstep,basic rooms bed sink and tv,toilet and shower cubicles out in hallway all very clean,will definitely be back,thank you to all the staff at f1 for a pleasant stay

Only thing I would of preferred is en-suite other than that ticked all boxes

The room was small, but clean and sufficient for a quick stopover. The location right next to the Auchan is convenient for getting food.

Good for an overnight stop

Close to the highway and easy to find. Good parking facilities, The staff member was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast has gone up in price but the quantity of items offered has reduced. The soundproofing of the rooms is not good, you could hear people arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning.

The receptionist "Yessin" was absolutely fantastic, ever so helpful. The location was close to plenty of restaurants and a hypermarket.

The ensuite bathroom and the room itself was tiny.

Very good

Extremely convenient. You can turn up at any time and book a room via their 24/7 external machine. However, for that reason, I can't comment on what the staff were like. We were in and out before we had a chance to properly meet the staff. Very spacious free car park.

Snack and drink vending machines only take cash, no cards. Shady nightclub next door, read their reviews on Google. But overall, the noise doesn't really bother too much.

Not good

Plenty of parking, located next to a large shipping complex so plenty of places to eat. Convenient for the Calais motorway. Staff member was excellent.

Bed was infested with bed bugs eventually stopped trying to kill them and asked for a different room. Meant all my clothes went straight into the wash when I got home. No soap in dispensers so soapless shower won't use this chain again. You have to zoom the pictures. In fairness the company offered a refund and requested my bank details but in truth nothing yet and it's been weeks. It's now the end of October and still no refund despite sending, as they last requested a bank statement with my account details on - how hard can it be??

We had to ask for adult-size bath towels because the ones origknally supplied were very small (like foot towel) Breakfast was poor. We came for breakfast at 0830 and all the pasteries were gone. All that was left was 4 slices of bread and brioche. I had to ask for juice - only apple juice left. No other teas apart from fruit tea. No plates so qe had to eat off the trays.

Comfy bed. Very cheap.

Room and bathroom were very tiny and smelt of drains. Unsure if this was hotel's fault but someone was playing loud music outside and smoking weed.

Perfect for staying over after arriving on the ferry to Dunkirk. Close to motorway and a few restaurants/ shops nearby to grab a quick meal

A staple of our yearly 6 week tour to Europe.

Been coming here for around 30 years. Use it for the start and end of holiday. Kids and now grandkids enjoy Flunch nearby. Got much more expensive than when we first started using it. Functional and adequate. Like cycling to Mosaic along the canal. A walk away ( or bus) from the metro St Philbert into central Lille. Booked in for our return in August.

Always a good hotel to break up our journey as it’s close to the motorway. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.

Poor

Clean and tidy

Needed the wifi for filling in forms and sending in our covid test results but it was not working and we could find no staff on site to sort it. The hotel had travellers parked up just down the road so we had to chain our bikes up and remove everything from our motorcycles in case it disappeared. Breakfast was a bit in french roll, jam, Orange juice and coffee.
