The bedroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable, we stayed for two nights and we never heard any noise. The surroundings are very friendly, the are a lot of people running along the canal and walking their dogs.
It's a 10/15 minute walking distance from the metro station and that is 10/15 to the centre of Lille. I highly recommend it!
The only thing is that we only had one hand towel and I normally use one to dry my hair but it seems to be common because we had the same on our bedroom in Bruxelles.

The studio is spacious and well equipped.
WiFi works, but not very fast.
The biggest minus was the construction that was happening in the rooms next to mine. It was so loud from the morning to late evening.
