Comfortable and well-equipped modern studio

The studio was very clean and well designed and well equipped with modern facilities. There was even a french press machine! Self check in and check out was very smooth as well. No complaints.

We went with our car and there were many parking opportunities around the building. But the hourly price was higher than we expected even though you are not very central. It was quite the same around Lille's center so nothing specific to this hotel or area.

Got bitten by bed bugs. Otherwise, very good facilities.

I got bitten by bet bugs while staying at the property. We also found one bed bug under a pillow in our bed.

Really impressed with comfort, cleanliness and size of the studio room

Excellent location - not far to walk to the Metro and near the shops. Room was large, warm, and clean with kitchenette inc microwave and a great shower ensuite. Extras like hair dryer and clothes horse were in the room. Once key card picked up it was easy to access the building and felt very secure. Was very quiet and bed very comfortable. There is a small supermarket open 10am - 8pm nearby and a bar and coffee shop. Clear instructions for everything

Instructions were clear (tho maybe check the language of the booker as I understand French but others may not) . Possibly having a photo of the key boxes would have been useful as there were 3 different types in th efoyer. Because it is student area, the little supermarket opened 10am so it was quite a walk to get fresh croissants in the morning from Match on the high street - but worth it!

Great value for money - would love to stay again

Spacious and had two tables so we could work remotely as a couple without distracting each other. Very clean with towels and soap provided. Bed was very big and comfortable. Location was peaceful with student cafes and a small supermarket nearby.

Instructions to check were very difficult to follow and we spent a good 20 minutes in heavy rain trying to decipher where the entrance was.

Excellent

Bed was comfortable, the building was very quite and peaceful. Close to shops and to the metro, everything was very clean. Washing machines in the building were convenient and having a mini kitchen was useful.

We ended up getting into Lille quite late and found it quite difficult to find the entrance- Google maps brings you to the back entrance which you can only get in through if you already have an access card, and the directions to the entrance with a keypad from the property were sub optimal- the road you need to go down is one up from the one Google takes you to, walk between the Marta restaurant and the Noya bagels and bar place and the entrance is on your left. In all fairness, this probably would of been easier to figure out if it was not the evening when we got in. Also, the shower only has a curtain so the bathroom is very easy to flood.

Amazing place to stay for Lille visit!

everything! We have travelled over 39 years for over 50 countries and have stayed different places all over. This is one of the best in terms of location, facilities and value for the money. Metro is 5 mins walk to get to Lille old town. The room is clean and shower is powerful. Wifi signal is very strong and efficient. There is a mini kitchenette to use with necessary items but we did not use it. Throughly recommend this place and will go back again if we go back to Lille. And Lille is an amazing place to see!

Nothing, however I would like to have an extra towel for my hair!!

Good

Located in Lambersart this student housing is a good base of operations to explore Lille. It's very close to the metro station and the metro system of lille pretty much connects you to anywhere you would want to go. It's also walkable and bike able to city center, and it's especially worth your time to take the path past the citadel as it's a beautiful walk.

Perhaps having some identifiable staff other than the cleaners would make this residence better. Lambersart is a bit quiet if you're used to the city only a few good restaurants and boulengeries.

Loved the space and cleanliness. Everything I would need is there. Comfy bed and really relaxing room. Easy and clear instructions on how to check in.

Clean and cosy, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The self check-in went smoothly and it was very convenient since I arrived later than planned.

Very clean and there was everything we needed!

The room is a little bit small and far away from city center, but beside of that it was still comfortable. The wifi worked well, the towels and kitchen utensils were very clean. There was everything we needed and our stay was even better then we expected. Recommend it!

Fantastic place, even better than the photos. Very comfortable and cozy. The building is very safe and quiet. Very clean. Super perfect. Close to city centre but very very silent place. The city is very beautiful.

We loved everything. It was a pity to stay there only one night.

Very good

Nice little apartment with nice view over courtyard. Bit out of the centre but easy to get to on the metro in minutes. Everything about the check in process is done without staff so you just follow the email instructions which is good. Part of the college campus so shop and cafes onsite. Weekends it's a bit of a ghost town though. It's right on the river which makes a nice walk down to the citadel park

My room was inexplicably filled with hordes of giant mosquitos . Was bitten more in 3 days than in 8 months in South East Asia. There is no aircon so had to keep the window open. Not sure if mosquitos are normally a problem there !? If so they should definitely invest in insect screens. Points lost for that.
