A lovely stay in a beautiful location.

The location was absolutely beautiful - so picturesque! Located in Dobrota, the apartment is close enough to walk easily into the old town of kotor, but away from the busyness of it all.

Perfect location with amazing views and a very lovely host

The apartment is in a perfect location. It is overlooking the bay with amazing views from the balcony but it is also private and you aren’t overlooked. I have shared one picture of the view but it is better in real life. There’s plenty of swimming options opposite the apartment and lots of cafes and restaurants and a supermarket near by. It’s a 20min (very nice) walk to the old town. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment itself is lovely, comfy bed, small kitchen which is very well equipped and a sofa and table. Plus the amazing balcony. Tamara is a very welcoming host and had made us coffee on arrival plus 2 glasses of water and some cakes/ biscuits. Highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like but some clearer instructions about how to access the property would be useful (unless I missed them).

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the whole family, who made us feel right at home. The house is cozy, clean, well maintained, and has a great view. In addition, the location is excellent, close to restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and the wonderful Kotor waterfront. Without a doubt, this is a place we would like to return to and recommend.

Great place - highly recommended

Great location in quiet area but within walking distance of Kotor Old Town. And the beach is right outside the apartment building so lots of morning, afternoon and evening swims. The apartment in itself is spacious and there is a fantastic view from the balcony.

Perfect stay at Kotor

Tamara and Peter were very welcoming. The accommodation is perfect for a few days in Kotor — ideally located (you just have to cross the street to dive into the bay), very clean and functional. Tamara was incredibly attentive, caring, and very responsive. I highly recommend it. Demander à ChatGPT

The perfect place for family chill in Kotor.

Our apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. It had a terrace garden and a private parking, which is extremely appreciated as the road is really busy with traffic and does not have parking space. The property is conveniently located next to a supermarket. Our hosts, Tamara and Petar, were genuinely kind and helpful. Petar took us on a 3-hour boat ride in the Kotor Bay. Make sure you also book the boat ride with Petar for sightseeing of the Bay, visit to the Lady of the Rock Church, the village of Perast and some nice swimming in an exclusively nice beach.

Felt like home

Felt just like home! Tamara gave us such a warm welcome and was super quick to answer all our questions. The shared terraces had an amazing sea view – we spent some really relaxing moments there. The place is in a great location, just a short walk to Kotor and lots of nice restaurants. We came by car, and Tamara was really helpful with parking – we could leave the car right in front of the house. We felt so comfortable and at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful garden apartment stay near the Bay of Kotor

The apartment was ground floor and very well presented. It was in a great location - 20 minutes walk to the Kotor old town and across from the Bay of Kotor. Plenty of restaurants and takeaway options between the apartment and the Kotor old town. An excellent, two-level supermarket (Aroma) was a 6 minute walk away. Our host, Tamara, was attentive and friendly.

Great Stay in Kotor!!

We had a fantastic time in the apartment. In our opinion, the location is the best in Kotor, or rather, Dobrota. The old town is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk along the beach promenade. The beautifully landscaped courtyard has lounge chairs for pleasant afternoons and evenings overlooking the water, and a swimming area is less than a 2-minute walk away. Our very friendly host even arranged a very nice driver for us to the airport in Podgorica.

The hosts were so welcoming and kind. As a room with a balcony wasn’t available they very kindly allowed us access to a private terrace. It was a 10 mins walk into Kotor old town along the sea front.

It was quite tricky to find it initially, directions and signage could be improved.

Friendly supportive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great location, nice walk into town, close to restaurants and swimming in bay opposite.

Aircon in the bedrooms would have been nice but we just slept with the doors open.

A lovely spacious apartment with lovely views

We have been to the apartments before, so booked knowing what it was like. This time we had a spacious one bed apartment on the 2nd floor with a big balcony with lovely views. Lovely position by the waterfront, for us about a 25 minute walk along the waterfront to the old town. Tamara and Petar were very welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Lots of things to do in the area a visit to the church 650 steps or monastery 1350! Cable car ride to top overlooking Kotor bay and surrounding area , AMAZING and of course all the charm of the old town We also went on a day trip to Lake Skardar, Biogradska Gora and Moraca monastery fab trip.

Not that we didn't like but would be handy : Apartment - A toaster would have been handy, plus a long length mirror in the apartment however there is one just outside the front door on the landing. Area - traffic just a lot of traffic to and from the airport and roadworks on the way to Budva.

Very comfortable stay.

The property is near old town, port, and pick-up locations for your boat tours. It is near markets and restaurants. The owners are very kind and accomodating. They are sweet. Even prepared food for us when we arrived. They will help you with your vacation and locate available taxi driver. The apartment is clean and complete with all things you need for your holiday. What you see on the pictures is exactly the same. We had a great time and our stay in the apartment is very comfortable. We would definitely recommend them.

Tamara and Peter were so welcoming, and the location was great right next to the waterside. There was a terrace you could relax and watch the cruise liners go by. The apartment was relaxing, clean, and air-conditioned, which was great as so hot the week we went.

Enjoyed our stay overall

The apartment was perfect! The location is very close to old town and harbor. Lots of restaurants and market shops nearby. The view is spectacular. Its a quiet environment as well. Tamara is very warm and kind, thinks of everything we need. She even prepared pancakes,coffee and fruits for us on arrival, had some laundry soap too.

Great location, lovely hosts, unfriendly owners.

Tamara and her husband Petar greeted us warmly with homemade pancakes. Tamara was friendly throughout our stay. The property is superbly located and Kotor/Dobrota is beautiful.

The parents/in laws/owners live in one of the apartments (the one next to ours) and were extremely unfriendly making our stay very uncomfortable. This is unfortunate as it tainted what should have been a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful location, comfortable and clean rooms. Tamara, the host, is very friendly, makes the most delicious pancakes for guests and bends over backwards to try to create a comfortable atmosphere.

The owners of the property are intrusive and aggressive. They walked into our room unannounced, continually snapped at us and seemed very unhappy to have us staying there. We felt very uncomfortable being around them.

Wonderful hosts, easy access to the bay and the Old Town

The location was excellent, easy walking to restaurants, to a supermarket and the old town. The balcony oversaw the bay and it was a 2 minute walk to the waters edge, from where you relaxed and swam. The host was incredible, met us on arrival and surprised us with coffee. She also dropped off pancakes which were wonderful! We did spend the majority time outdoors but the property size was perfect for a couple.

Tamara and Petar were the kindest and most welcoming hosts! Greeting us with snacks and drinks on our arrival, incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and always on hand to offer advice and answer any questions. The flat itself was spacious, well equipped and incredibly clean. It was great to have our own outdoor space, but also be able to use the shared roof terrace with views over the bay. The location is great, with an easy walk into Kotor and lots of restaurants, bars and amenities on the doorstep.

Nice and quiet location with great view over the bay: pine trees between the house and the water, nice balcony. The apartment was clean and well equiped. A/C in the sitting room was very efficient. The host Tamara was very kind and warm , ready to help any time. We totally recommend!
