The management is very responsive and attentive to your needs and concerns.
Even though the location is relatively close to the Alps region’s transit hub Interlaken, there is still a significantly steep walk from the bus stop to the apartment buildings. For people who are not very fit or may have accessibility concerns, this is something to be cognizant about.

The location is superb, directly facing the lake and mountain,walking distance to bus stop or train station. There is one cruise stop down the slope. The property is spacious, and the room is clean. Very good communication with the owner, quick response and friendly.

The location was good the staff specially the lady was very friendly
Need to provide better cooling fans in such hot conditions secondly The sofa was dirty and smells bad as the fabric was old and the apartment was not cleaned properly spider webs were all over the beds and on light apartment needs deep cleaning
