Spacious property. Only 4 of us stayed but could quite comfortably fit 6 people.
Good location. Few minutes walk into Chester City centre.
Has a parking space.
Is on the ring road. Some people might find it a bit noisy.
Couldn't unlock the back door when we arrived. I contacted the company that manage the property. They were quick to respond and suggested a way to unlock the door which worked. But unfortunately the door lock continued to be a problem.

It was in a really good location but next to a really busy road.
The house was spacious and had everything you need for your stay.
Directions on the email to the parking space were really good.
Being on a busy road so the front of the house was really noisy.
Could do with blackout curtains as the light from outside made the bedroom light.
It did look like it's been a student let also.

Good location for town, but on a very busy dual carriageway overlooking a building site - not good when it’s warm and you need the windows open.
The property was not clean, there are a number of fixtures and fittings in poor repair and the beds are old and uncomfortable. The photos do not reflect the property itself.
In my opinion this property is overpriced and not flexible as they do not offer free cancellation which was an issue for my mums birthday as we had no choice but to move the booking due to Covid.
