It was in a really good location but next to a really busy road.
The house was spacious and had everything you need for your stay.
Directions on the email to the parking space were really good.
Being on a busy road so the front of the house was really noisy.
Could do with blackout curtains as the light from outside made the bedroom light.
It did look like it's been a student let also.

Location,short walk into city which was ideal for our Xmas shopping trip. Plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was a bonusš
Nothing really,one of the group commented that a mirror in the largest bedroom would have been a good addition as nowhere to blow dry hair.

Traffic noise. Needs a good paint throughout.

Good location for town, but on a very busy dual carriageway overlooking a building site - not good when itās warm and you need the windows open.
The property was not clean, there are a number of fixtures and fittings in poor repair and the beds are old and uncomfortable. The photos do not reflect the property itself.
In my opinion this property is overpriced and not flexible as they do not offer free cancellation which was an issue for my mums birthday as we had no choice but to move the booking due to Covid.
