Good choice for self contained flat in city centre.

Clean and well equipped - very good location for railway station, restaurants and historic city centre. On site car parking

Occasional noise from other guests in other flats: but not really a problem. If more than one staying, might be a problem that bed is in with dining and lounge area.

Very disappointing.

Convenient to railway station, supermarket and town centre. The apartment was secure, large, clean and had a very comfortable bed.

Check in was very confusing, with no clear confirmation of our room number. There were a lot of maintenance issues that had obviously been long standing. (Some lights, cooking hob and range hood all not working upon arrival) We were requested to send photos, long descriptions and proof of faults plus wasted much of our time waiting for an electrician to attend (electrician submitted a report to the management that nothing was immediately fixable as new replacements were required). We also had to wait to receive a delivery of a portable cooking hob. As an appeasement for our inconvenience the management company said they would give us a £50 refund which we still have not received after 6 weeks. When I enquired about this, I was told this was something I would have to address with Booking.com.

Never expect to be treated like that

I was regular visitor in that acomodation always problem with parking but at last in past they try solve the issue. This time not only ignored my request in advance but removed parking charge for my reservation. After arrived and visually confirm that my SUV not fit to parking space 4 I call to let them know and explain after parking will be full I will not be able to moved my car whiteout damaged my car. They told me I'm not paying customer yes after chack reservation they remove parking charge from reservation. I received massage form non UK number telling to park in nr 4 or elsewhere as tkat not them problem my car is too big. I left that place never will book again. Apartment are dirty not everything work inside and well staff is rude special if you have any requests.

the bathtub floor is extremly slippery. almost got injured. need to add a mat to avoid bodily harm. otherwise amazing property.

Good. but little things let it down.

Good location between train station and city centre. Reasonably priced parking is nearby if the booked apartment does not come with parking on site. Nice big kitchen and bathroom with bath.

Wifi didn’t work on arrival ( fixed quickly). Television was faulty ( replaced after 2 days). Washing machine faulty (fixed after 2 days). No hairdryer, no dishcloth, no spare bin bags.

I was supposed to be in ground floor flat but was moved to top floor. Very cross as am waiting for a knee op and stairs are painful. I walked down the stairs and rung was loose and I jarred my knee. I went to take cushions off bed and they had semen stains on them and bed cover had hairs. Bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy.

Location had great access to the city centre and restaurants what we had pre-booked. The property was very clean and secure.

Everything was brilliant and couldn’t fault anything. One thing I would like to mention would be the Hobbs. Me and my partner wanted to fry some bacon for breakfast one morning when they weren’t heating up properly. We waited about 10 minutes to see if anything happened but the pan was not hot to the touch.

Very comfortable stay

Very straight forward collection of the keys - email sent with door code and code for key lock. Small 1 bed apartment but it had everything. Very comfortable and very close to train station. Short walk into city.

No car park - this was clearly mentioned when booking. But would have been a great addition as there was spaces for the building just not for our apartment.

It has good heating and a very good location in the city center.

There are no rules for noise from neighbors. The kitchen was very dirty. Space management in the room was bad as it looked really congested.

I had a big problem to keep the flat warm. I had to press the temperature control many times. During the night it was very cold.

Good enough place, but you will be hounded with emails from the company looking money deposit etc even after you’ve paid

location is good just a few minutes from train station, 10 minutes to city centre, 2 minutes to tramways student accommodation.

No lift in building if you’ve heavy luggage. keypad to enter building from the street is very hard to read at night in the dark, it’s not illuminated the numbers are very hard to see, even with a phone torch as the pad is stainless steel it reflects the torch back at you, this needs sorted it’s really bad, you may think it’s not but it is!.

Overpriced for what it was

After numerous calls to the lettings office, we were able to park in a spare space.

Terribly overpriced. We booked an apartment because we wanted parking. We were told a day before travelling that the allocated apartment did not include parking, even though the accommodation brief included it, which is why we found it using a filter. After numerous calls to the lettings office, we were promised a space before we travelled, although despite a promise to do so, this was not confirmed by text. When we arrived, the space was occupied. After a 3rd call, we were given a space. There was only 1 car parked there for the rest of the weekend. The bed was a small double and the mattress was past it. It was too small for a couple, both in width and length. Although we are not tall, our feet hung off the end and there was a groove down the middle which pushed us inwards. There was soap scum and mould on the shower flex and none of the taps had been washed. There were toast crumbs on top of the toaster and moisture streaks on the oven door. None of the chrome objects in the kitchen were shiny. We checked out a day early because the bed was just too uncomfortable and we could not face a 2nd night in it.

Chester is a beautiful place to visit

Recd email with clear instructions on how to find the apartment and how to get in. The apartment was spacious enough and clean. Kitchen had utensils and was clean. Location was brilliant in relation to train station, town, shops, pubs and restaurants. Clean bed, bedding and towels.

Back door to building propped open as problem with lock. So not as secure as we’d hoped. Parking spaces very, very small and badly laid out. Obviously been broken into before as damage to the door but it was secure. Just looked unsightly. Fridge was so noisy we had to shut all doors to block out the noise. Shower door didn’t touch the bath side so when ever had a shower the floor was soaked. We solved this by jamming a towel under the panel. Information about the tv was misleading. Said there was Netflix and Amazon but it didn’t clarify the stations were on the tv but you would need your own log in to access. It was presented as those channels were provided for everyone. This was misleading.

Strongly avoid - one of the worst apartments I've ever used

Good location - close to the train station. The bed was comfortable.

Absolutely terrible - do not stay. I've stayed in a lot of apartments and hotels for work and this ranks among the very worst. I arrived and after an arduous check in process requiring passport checks and an additional deposit (which is very unusual), I had not been sent the keycode. It took forever to get through to someone on the phone late at night to finally get access and they were very unhelpful and didn't know any details about the property. Inside, the company provide the bare minimum required to call this a serviced apartment. The kitchen has extremely limited utensils (e.g. no chopping board!). The door to the car park was broken so you had to walk all the way round the block to the front of the building. The decor and feel of the property is extremely lacking - it feels like a slightly upmarket student halls in terms of character, except with even less functionality. You get none of the convenience and functionality of an Airbnb but also none of the service, quality, or attention to detail of a hotel - worst of both worlds.

Would have been good with more support

Room was bright and clean. Provided parking.

Lack of service. Room next door were having a party still at 1am. Called the out of hours emergency number but they didn't pick up. They called back but could not understand them due to poor phone signal. Communicated through a chat but kept having to ask if they had done anything yet, to find out that they hadn't done anything and needed something else from me.

Reliable Aparthotel style accomidation

It was close to the old city and to the railway station.

The furniture has a cheap look&feel. No option to store luggage before or after check-in/check-out time as there is no front desk.
