It was okay for a short stay.

The location was convenient, as it was near the train station and close to the city centre;

Cleaning was superficial, carpets not clean and some kitchen surfaces were sticky. It would be useful to have hooks for hanging things in the bathroom and bedrooms. Both the bath and wash hand basin were slow to drain, until we cleared them.

Poor parking options. No clothes rail in 2 bedrooms. Smelt of an odour. Only one bedside cabinet in double room. Weeds growing outside property

Disappointing

Good location near train station on bus route and walking distance to town, shower was great. deva tap round the corner done an amazing Sunday roast, parking isn't great but we knew that before going we parked at the train station wasn't risking the street goin by the amount of cars that where scratched and bashed

House was sticky every surface was sticky, the double bed felt and looked like it would break, was very uncomfortable, there is rubbish all over the street its smells and will attract vermin, the neighbours were very loud and slammed about till around 2am every night, I ended up with bites all over my legs and arms not sure what from, Double room is downstairs at the front so right on the street, 2twin rooms upstairs and bathroom upstairs, was fine for us but might not be for some

If you are walking from the station there is a foot path that your phone may send you down, but it is out of use and overgrown so we ended up with a slightly longer walk. Really not a big deal but it confused us for a sec.

Great house for a visit to Chester

Really clean and spacious. Hosts were really responsive and helpful. Sent videos to show how to enter the house and info as to how best find the house. Self check in so no hassle. Had everything you'd need in the house. It was super quiet. The wifi was excellent. Really close to the train station . We went to blue planet aquarium (10 mins), Chester zoo (10 mins) and the ice cream farm(20 mins). Cheshire oaks is beside the aquarium. We drove from Holyhead having taken the ferry and that was only a 90 min drive. So the location was brilliant for our trip. I'd use the house again as it's clearly well maintained and the hosts care.

I missed my air fryer as there wasn't one but that's a real first world problem!!! But the oven was good there in fairness so it wasn't a big deal.

Perfect northern race frip

Dropped bags of before check in time, so saw the mess from last guests. Cleaner did a fantastic job. Perfect spot for a chester break. No hassle at all. Proper value for money

Lovely stay, nice property and made to feel very welcome

Centrally located, clean, tidy property. Very good access to Chester. The property management team were excellent making sure we had everything we needed.

A Warm and Beautiful Home.

We absolutely loved everything. A very beautiful home, well prepared. We got a complimentary Tea/coffee, Milk and sugar, it was a wonderful welcome to a lovely home. Instructions were clear, on how to put the heater on and book with advice on where to go and eat with some discount vouchers😊. Very easy to communicate with Danny our host. 2nd comments from family member who stayed. Nice and clean property. The complimentary beverages, milk and towels are a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Everything else was perfect. I enjoyed my stay and I would 100% recommend 👌.. Parking restrictions apply so The parking was quite a tricky situation but we were lucky as we arrived at the weekend and it was bank Holiday on Monday. Apart from that everything was perfect

One word should say it all Fabulous

Good communication with owner . The beds were really comfortable. Close to town train station . Having milk tea coffee and a bottle of wine waiting for us lovely surprise. Will be going back really had a great time .

Chester's Hidden Gem

Well upon arrival when we walked in it was really warm and homely I must admit I did have some trouble opening the door which was my fault after a phone call to Danny he guided me on how to do it he arrived shortly after to greet us and give us the low down on the area which was refreshing because we hadn't had a chance to check the area out yet as we had just arrived every room within the property was clean neat and tidy I must admit it does need a TV in the main bedroom which has to be my only fault i can't fault this property one bit we enjoyed the full 7 days we stayed and are looking to rebooking in the near future . The only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer sadly
