Bad location, bad hygiene, bad.

Generally pretty modern, lots of space for an apartment.

All the walls had dirty marks on, every room and hallway. The bathroom shelf was grotty. The sofa and sofa cushions and carpet were all dirty. The apartments location was pretty rundown.

Lovely apartment but not the one I booked

I was given a first floor apartment when I booked ground I had to leave a day early as due to arthritis I couldn’t manage the stairs anymore contacted customer services but was ignored

It’s a good property if you are just needing a bed for the night and location is good.

It’s a great location and super close to the centre for shopping. My partner was needing to work in Chester so we stayed here for a couple nights

It’s very small and tight for what you are paying for. Some of the dishes were still dirty and had to rewash them. Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a place to chill and unwind, it’s great if you’re just needing a place to stay and are out most of the day.

A fairly new apartment that has been sadly neglected !

Shower actually scalded my wife as she couldn’t add any cold and would have seriously burned a young child .Taps in sink basin were loose and had to be held to operate . Oven didn’t get hot enough to make a meal so we had to book a restaurant to eat ! …You could hear the toilets being used and flushed in the other apartments and, a loud banging woke us at 1 am , and constant noise kept us awake until 5 -15 am when the front door was slammed shut ! ..We decided to leave! and went back home after 1 very expensive night , very disappointed ! Nice place

The flat was clean and pretty well equipped. It was in a good location

The noise was a slight issue from the shop next door. It closes at 2am so the roller shutter doors going down wake you up! And then opens at 7am so you hear them again. Then the noise from what I imagine are the fridge cooling units start early in the morning and from the bedroom it feels like the noise is right next to your head.

Great Apartment

Like they say "never judge a book by its cover". Fabulous location, just outside the city wall which can be accessed within a few minutes. Tesco Express within walking distance. Thank you for the basket of goodies. A lovely touch.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful city.

The apartment was clean comfortable and convenient. Everything I needed including a proper cooker and bath, and even salt and pepper shakers. Chester is a lovely place to visit, with history, walks and shops. We found a restaurant called Shrub which did unusual vegan tapas style food. We are not vegan but it was delicious!

Nothing much I had a comfortable stay and a minor problem was sorted quickly by staff.

Excellent stay close to Chester centre

The place is fantastic for a weekend in the city. Quiet location near the station. Facilities are great with everything you need to relax or cook.

The beds are quite uncomfortable, could do with mattress toppers. Also not great for people with mobility issues as lots of steep stairs and low ceilings.

Nice flat close to train station anc city center

The location of the apartment was pretty good - strategically located close to the train station and yet just a short walk to central Chester. The flat itself was a duplex and clever arranged with the living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Any little issue we had was immediately and super friendly resolved - the service could not be better.

The flat itself was on one floor up, which we did not know and had to leave our stroller downstairs. This would be great for guests to know in advance. But no harm done. Otherwise everything was great.

The property is small but has all you need ,great location 10 -15 walk to the town centre 6mins from train station .

The bed . Really hurt myself on the bed frame,it is solid wood and very close to the bedroom door when entering the room I covered it with a towel for the stay

Exceptional

This was a wonderful apartment, in a very convenient location - just 10 minutes walk to the train station and 15-20 minutes from the town centre and all the attractions. There was a local co-op to buy main provisions less than 5 minutes away.

very comfy bed with lovely bed linen even if a bit small. nice clean modern apartment nicely decorated with modern smart furniture, easy access to Chester (walking distance) easy to reach off motorway

details said kitchen had a microwave but there wasn’t one. Dishwasher tablets under sink but no dishwasher. Details said tea coffee & milk & toiletries, and toilet roll provided but there weren’t any, also no kitchen roll. bath a big high to get in & out of, maybe walk in shower would be better.

Comfortable, cosy and ideal!

Good location - 15 min walk into city centre. Very cosy and well equipped, has everything you need and more. Had a very comfortable stay and the host was very informative and helpful.

Some parts of the apartment were not as clean as expected. Some missed vacuuming and crumbs on counter top & sofa. Bathroom tiles could have done with a scrub and kitchen appliances wiped down to get rid of grease and fingerprints.

Nice place to stay but don't choose Flat 3.

We had Flat 3, a very nice flat, everything you need, clean. 10-minute walk to the centre. Parking outside accommodation is free for only 30 mins between 8 am -6 pm Mon-Sat. Free parking is available a very short walk away in West St.

Flat 3 is next to the shop. It has air-con/fridge fans which are on all night and are too loud to sleep properly as it is right outside the bedroom window. No chance to have the window open.

perfect location, great communication with the owners. The apartments great for couples. However I don’t believe the bedding had been changed before we arrived it was clean just dusty. I think they need to spot check the cleaner more often we had to clean before using anything. Apartment 3 the bedroom backs onto the shop next door and you hear them opening and closing the shutters at 6am 12am

toilet and kitchen were dirty food on microwave and fridge bin dirty cobwebs dead spiders and lots of dust in bathroom blinds dirty did not look like it had had a clean since previous occupiers.

Lovely interior and very comfy but some details need checking before renting out.

Inside the apartment, the design and furnishings were all lovely. It was a nice walk into Chester. When I messaged the company they responded extremely quickly.

The heating control didn’t work so we couldn’t adjust it. There was no milk tea and coffee which was stated as included. There was only 1 knife in the cutlery drawer (loads of other crockery and pans etc). The corridor smelt very strongly of weed to the point that it came into the apartment and was quite overwhelming as there was quite a wide gap under the door.
