It was very close to Rowton Hotel Spa were we attended a wedding.

Great location. Good layout
Parking was on street. We had no issues but if the street was full parking would have been an issue. The toilet and bathroom were not on the same level as the bedrooms.

It was a nice property in a great location. On road parking and close to local amenities.
The property was not clean on our arrival. There was clothing items from previous occupants, cotton buds on floor, dirty oven and freezer and the overall impression that the post occupancy clean was not thorough. In fact we ended up hoovering ourselves on the first night. We did submit a complaint and cleaners were sent the next day so appreciate the prompt response.
