It was a good location.

I would like to put that if you are staying in a house with other people, the bathroom door should close and have a decent lock on it

parking can be a bit tight

Bed was so comfy :-) Great location to walk along the canal into the city. Even in the cold

It was so cold when we arrived and wasn't sure how to use the thermostat...by the time we left it was too hot! Parking was difficult but luckily parked cars had gone by the time we left.

The location was perfect for our group - I know the area well. The walk along the canal into city is lovely and very easy. It's great to have views of the canal from the house. The bedrooms are clean and spacious and the beds in them were very comfortable. We could boost the heating when we needed to. The house is well-equipped.

The house was not clean. On the surface it looked good - but there was a horrible smell - made worse by the attempt to mask it with fresheners. The carpets are old and dirty. The sofa bed in the sitting room has stains on it - and would be insufficient for two people to sleep on. The kitchen had thick dirt on on the light switch, finger marks on the power points and splashes of food and drink on the tiling. The panels inside the extractor fan over the cooker are filthy and clogged with fat - so the kitchen smells of old fat. The house could benefit from a good deep clean - and having the carpets cleaned.
