was very lovely but would have been amazing if the heating was working

great location , very clean, lovely size and gorgeous interior

we had no heating or hot water and the property was 10 degrees throughout our stay. we assumed we had set a temperature before going out for the night but when we came back the temperature had not changed

Perfect staycation weekend.

Lovely spacious property, all great bedrooms and facilities. Staff were so helpful and accommodating to any requests especially Ellie. Great location and good for parking in the centre.

Couple of bulbs may need replacing in corridor.

Massive apartment as there were only 3 of us. Fantastic location and very quirky layout. Great shower.

No lounge area, would have been nice to have a sofa in the kitchen area. You need to find a way to soundproof the bedroom with windows directly on watergate road. Impossible to sleep till 4am due to very loud people on the row, celebrating graduation on Friday, and just having a loud Saturday night...

- Excellent Location - Comfy Beds - Parking

- The property was nicely done, however there were a few things damaged - The heating was hard to use and we struggled to get it working the first night so it was very cold - We also stayed on a weekend, so unfortunately, the Saturday night was very noisy as there are lots of bars/clubs very close

If staying in Chester and marvelling at the wooden beam buildings, do one better and actually stay in one. Huge appartment, well fitted, and unique interior. parking for 1 car in yard at back. slap bang in the middle of shops, pubs etc

Best staying at Chester

Excellent location, just at the back street of Watergate. two minutes walking to the Rows. A lot of restaurants and Bars nearby. I really appreciate the taste of the landlord's room layout and home decrotion, harmony with medieval style. Kitchen are big with moden utensiles. I was surprised taht the owner does not only supply caffee machine but also dozens of capsules. The three bedrooms are gaugious. Besides, there is a private free part place which is a gem at the city center of Chester. I certainly value this proerty the best in Chester.

Wifi speed is a little bit slow.

We only had 1 tv remote between us. And couldn’t get normal channels on the tv. WiFi didn’t work during our stay either
