The property was clean and tidy with a perfect location.
As the parking only allows 1 car, which might not meet everyones needs. However for us this did not cause a problem.

House was stunning. The views are amazing over the River Dee. There is a beautiful seating area at back overlooking River, nice to sit and chill. The house is very well decorated. Everything you need in The kitchen. Only 10 min walk to River front where you catch the Boat tour. And 10 mins to city centre or Rail station.
Owner was at hand if you needed any help.
Definitely go back.

Perfect location, nice and peaceful with stunning views yet close enough to city centre to walk.
Everything you could need was provided for within the accommodation, but the owner Chris is on hand whenever needed and provided excellent communication.
Would highly recommend staying at Rondeva.
The only negative I could mention is the steep stairs within the property. The house is in immaculate condition, but with this being an older property the stairs may be challenging for less able people. I wouldn't mark down the property based on this but it's something to be aware of.
