Beautiful 4BR Home near Chester Racecourse

Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Great amenities. Not too far from the centre.

It wasn't the cleanest. The fridge smelt and there were cobwebs/spiders in a few rooms. The parking space was also blocked off by a small van. There also wasn't enough toilet paper for all of us. Checkout was 11am and as we were about to walk out the cleaner came inside as if to shoo us out. She wasn't very friendly. I advised that we couldn't put the bins out as there wasn't bin bags in the bins before we put the rubbish into them. The dishwasher was also confusing to work. A good addition would be a full length mirror in each room! 😊

Code to get in the property was hard to find, could have done with a message stating before arrival what we should have to do as had to phone the property administration team to give me a code.

Great property great location.

Sadly they had not prepared the house for our arrival. There was no bed linen or towels. We called the emergency helpline who promised to sort the situation out. What worse they didn’t believe us. Poor response
