Ok but expensive with hidden fees

The fact they they take a £50 deposit which is supposedly none refundable on top of the amount it costs you to stay there!!!

Beautiful flat, great spot for shopping but bitterly cold and too noisy.

Lovely property, great position for shops.

The radiators didn't work. It was November and soooo cold! The standalone radiator was not assembled, and we had no screwdriver to put the legs on it. We notified the company straight away but it was not fixed. We felt ill with cold. We knew the property was in a central location, but did not know how noisy it would be. Part of the property hangs over a walkway and party goers, nightclubbers, etc all walked under and past and kept waking my daughter up till about 2/3. Not suitable location unless you're a night owl. Lastly, the deposit took far too long to be returned to my bank account. That really was the icing on the cake.

Central position and 5 star apartment.

Loved the central location and apartment set up. Beautifully furnished and great to have the mid stay clean. A microwave in the kitchen would have made reheating easier. Great communication by the booking team - always answered my questions quickly and were very helpful.Overall perfect place to stay for 2 weeks.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location

Fabulous apartment in a superb location right by the cathedral. Apartment is really comfortable and warm. Kitchen is fully equipped, bed super comfortable and shower nice and spacious. Would recommend the apartment to others and would stay there again if we return to Chester.

WiFi was a bit hit and miss so apartment could benefit from a WiFi booster/extender.

I'll find a different place next time.

Clean and tide with a lot of nice little touches eg salt, pepper and cooking oil provided. Bed was comfy. Location was central. Good communication.

Main downside was lack of seating and noise. The only seating was two hard chairs at the small breakfast table and one padded chair, not even an armchair. Not what I expect from a studio flat meant for two people. As to the noise, being in the center i expected some noise but it mentions soundproofing in the description so I didn't expect to be woken at 3 and 4 o'clock in the morning by people outside. There is a reason they supply free earplugs.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location!

Great location. Clean modern apartment, everything we needed was there. Ear buds in the jar on arrival are a good idea and needed… but that’s part of the joy of staying in a city centre!

Everything was great but maybe the blind could be better fitted to keep out the light. Just a suggestion but wouldn’t put us off staying again.

super central location (yes, we knew about Rosies being next door before we arrived, so the sound of happy people in the street did not bother us) really nice and well equipped apartment Host replies quickly to enquiries

be aware of the damage deposit policy - a non-refundable damage waiver worth 75 GBP is promoted as the best option! the other alternative was a 350 GBP refundable deposit, which was held for a week (only displayed in the last step of online check-in)

We loved the apartment, furnished well and lots finishing touches including coffee, tea bags and sugar on arrival. very central location - perfect for our 4 night break.

The property was nice. It has all you need to self cater, or places to eat/drink all within minutes walk. It is a very convenient location for seeing all of Chester's attractions. Being so centrally located, you will find you are immersed in the sounds of the goings on of city life outside. The property provides ear plugs for guests.

Fantastic, comfortable apartment in the centre of the city

This property is in the heart of Chester, right in the middle of everything you could possibly want. It's on an historic street, with a beautiful view of the buildings out of the room. The location really is brilliant, a 15 minute walk down the canal and over the walls from the station, and a similar distance from good parking. We could explore the whole city and still pop back into the apartment for a snack (or a nap!). The apartment itself is very cleverly designed, it's got a good sized powerful shower, a good kitchenette with a fridge, a place to sit and eat and a comfortable bed. We had some very minor issues when we first arrived at the property (nothing which prevented our enjoyment) but the communication from the team was second to none. They responded quickly and in a very professional manner, and sorted the issue as soon as was feasibly possible (given we arrived later on a Friday). I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. I don't think you can get a better location for the cost in Chester.

It's not a dislike - but caution that this property is in the centre of Chester, which has a very vibrant nightlife and the building itself has the original single paned windows. The owners have prepared for this and there are earplugs available, but if you are a light sleeper it's good to be aware of this. The location is second to none and I personally am happy to accept the noise to be able to be so central.

Stay somewhere else!

Convenience to Chester central

SO Hot, no fan (even after asking several times for one), we were told to open window (was open when we arrived) ,window was dangerous and only opened about 4 inches, OMG the noise from clubs and drunks below...all night, every night, we were told to put earplugs in. Cheap and loose fittings, tiny bed, nowhere to put your bags. Very unhelpful staff from a call centre relaying messages and sending back patronizing messages but not actually helping with the fact that we desperately needed a fan and couldn't be in the room without sweating. Asked to cancel after we realised that they would not bring us a fan and were told we could not. Fans arrived downstairs as we were leaving after 3 nights and they were poor quality like everything else in the apartment. We travel all over the world staying in rooms and hotels, we would never stay anywhere run by this company again.

Top quality apartment, centrally located.

Great apartment and facilities, very clean and perfectly located in the centre of town if you want to be within 30 seconds of great shopping, restaurants and history. Great communication from the booking agents.

Given that it is centrally located, it is therefore noisy sometimes - things you would expect like morning shop deliveries and bin collections in the cobbled lanes outside or the odd reveller singing or shouting etc. They do provide a pot of fresh earplugs though!!
