Location: fantastic, size of flat: huge amenities : fully kitted out kitchen with oven, saucepans, fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery.
YES it has fully working Netflix! We don't have an account and we could access Netflix with no problems at all.
The flat was lovely and warm all the time!
Other reviews talk about the buzzing noise (possibly from the takeaway below?) Yes , there's a noise but you can hear it above the kitchen and bathroom only. When you go upstairs to the bedrooms you can't hear anything.

Great location - quiet area & shop next door

Clean and tidy on arrival
Only one bathroom / toilet which was a problem in the morning.

Close enough to city centre.
Games and board games available if needed.
Towels supplied.
Heating cam on a timer and house was warm enough.
Needs some tlc. Especially in bathroom.
Some of the dining chairs are a bit untrustworthy. Sofa beds in living room are very uncomfortable with a wooden plank along the base of your back.
