Cosy townhouse with parking

It was close to the city centre so we didn't have to use the car. The apartment was well equipped as we were self-catering. The staff were very helpful . We would certainly book again

It was lovely! Everything was spotless! Loved all the decor, I couldn’t fault anything!

Fabulous & comfortable city centre flat

The property was very spacious and clean. The facilities were excellent, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. There were 2 smart TV which were great and it was lovely and warm too. It was very close to the city Center and great having a car park right outside.

There was a very loud group in the flat above us on the first night we were there. I didn’t think the flat was adequately sound proofed as they did keep us awake. They left on Friday so the 2nd night was much more peaceful.

Excellent location and customer service but some improvements needed

Good location and good parking. Not the easiest to find but we’ve stopped before so this time knew our way. Area outside flats well lit. Very near the centre. Flat nice and light. Customer service very responsive and helpful. Initial issue with being asked to pay (again) before getting the code on the morning of our stay was resolved quickly once I provide proof payment has been taken immediately following booking. TV channels excellent. Weather was rubbish so we stayed in more than planned so this was appreciated.

Sofa bed mattress was disgusting. Covered in stains including blood. No linen for the sofa bed. Having since read the reviews this is a common problem. Customer services were helpful and I suggested they make it clearer that you need to request this. First night my sister slept on the floor with coats over her to keep warm. CS said they’d get housekeeping to make up for the next day but they wouldn’t come out. CS were very helpful and talked me through where to find bedding in the entrance. We had checked and only found bags of dirty bedding. But they checked with housekeeping and advised there was some clean right at the back. Would have preferred larger sofa for during the day or an extra comfy chair but the kitchen/ lounge is one room so space limited. There was a table with 4 chairs.

Lovely central apartment with good amenities and cleanliness

Very clean, spacious apartment with good parking and all the amenities we needed. Quite literally a five minute walk into the centre of Chester too.

The front door couldn't be locked from the inside which wasn't great for our daughter who has additional needs and is an escape artist!

Lovely apartment close to the centre

The location was close to the city centre, the apartment was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

No wardrobes or drawers to unpack into. Low, sloping ceiling meant we kept bumping our heads! Only 1 towel per person (a small towel for when washing hair would have been nice.)

Exceptional

Great apartment for the family, 2 big comfortable beds, and a sofa bed which we didn't use sigh cat comment on that. Living area was ample for 2 kids to play in. But everything else was great, staff via private messaging were really helpful and provided great info on how to get to apartment and where parking is, also were helpful in selecting an apartment for us that would be suitable getting kids into each enough (ground floor) . So can ignore the reviews that say trying to find it was hard because that's obviously been addressed now. Couldn't be an more central, only thing which is my fault really for not asking wad that they have high chairs and travels cots available which have saved boot space so take that into account when prppeping for your hols. Overall I'll definitely be back to this apartment if we ever come back to Chester.

Family weekend in Chester

The apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The TV in the bedroom was a bonus as when our child went to bed earlier, we could chill and watch TV.. There was a fully equipped kitchen and everything you would ever need. I liked everything being on the ground floor, too. Free parking was a great addition. The location of the apartment is fairly central, and a small walk to town. We would love to come back and stay longer to experience more of lovely Chester.

There was some confusion regarding allocated parking space, which was not clear, so we had to call the proprietor. We would really love to return again in the summer school holidays for longer but unfortunately the price is too high for us.

Virtually no hot water which wasn'tgreat, apartment was too small for 4 adults and 2 children (stopped in a bigger one here last year) only had a sofa for 2 nowhere to put coats etc. Bins overflowing outside.

Unfortunately won’t go back. Extremely difficult self checkin

Very complicated check in. And hard to find property. Spent almost 30min on the phone to customer service trying to locate our apartment. Very stressful. Apartment is much smaller than expected. With 6 of us sharing one small bathroom. Location is good that is the only good point.
