Fantastic stay in Hanley Swan.

The whole house and garden were beautiful, and Gigi was so friendly and helpful. The attention to detail was amazing and the breakfasts were varied and all delicious.

No hesitation in recommending - so relaxing - just perfect!

Location is really lovely but then I do know the area very well. The Malvern Hills is a stunning backdrop and this b&b has a very informative host which is particularly helpful if you don't know the area. The breakfast 😋 sums it up. Very relaxed stay & highly recommended.

A lovely place to relax in a beautiful location

Very welcoming and informative host, who went out of her way to help us. The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was available on request and was delicious. The location was great for us and it was a delight to sit in the lovely garden, relax and watch the fish. Highly recommend.

A much needed restful retreat at Orchard Side

Gigi's overnight oats for breakfast were divine. The room was cosy, very well equipped and peaceful. Loved being in the beautifully designed garden and the location was perfect for my needs.

Picturesque and relaxing stay

The property was fully equipped in every way. Lovely, spacious accommodation and very amenable host. Every detail for a comfortable visit has been considered. We especially loved the garden with seating provided in several spots to catch the best of the weather. Comfortable bed, good sized fridge and a comfy recliner chair were also appreciated. Safe and secure parking was a bonus.

Gigi has thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The little extra touches make the experience really special. We stayed in Malvern View which has a glorious balcony with stunning view over the pretty garden.

Really enjoyable stay in an area with lots to interest us in the way of natural history

Made to feel really welcome, even down to being let loose to roam the garden. Lots of little things that had clearly been well thought through. Good range of options for breakfast. We would certainly consider using this establishment again.

A home from home!

Wow! Where to start! We were staying in the private annexe next to the B&B as we were travelling with our two small dogs. Owner Gigi quite obviously goes above and beyond for all her guests. It really is a home from home. Comfortable sofa and bed, lovely bathroom and kitchen - plus a beautiful garden that our dogs adored. Private parking behind electric gates was also a bonus. Gigi is a great host and we can’t wait to stay again!

One of the best B&Bs we have stayed at! Lovely room which was cosy and clean with a very comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom housed a generous sized shower. Patio doors opened out onto a lovely private terrace where we could sit and enjoy the evening sunshine. Our host Gigi, was welcoming from the moment we arrived. Super friendly, open and happy to provide information on the area. Gigi also cooked us a delicious breakfast! We were invited to view and enjoy the garden which was absolutely delightful. Orchard Side is set in a great location with a good pub, where we had a lovely meal, within a 5 minute walk. Thank you Gigi for a fabulous stay!

Exceptional place to stay

The annex is a perfect place to stay, it has a fantastic outlook to the rear garden, which is truly beautiful. There were endless places to sit and relax in the garden including a garden room which had with a lovely pond just outside. The owner made us so welcome, such a lovely lady. The location is also fantastic with the Malvern hills a short drive away and a lovely pub a couple of minutes walk down the road. Also, close safe walks for dogs on the doorstep.

Brilliant

Gigi was very welcoming and had sent lots of information beforehand. Room was lovely even had balcony with some nice seats. Great to have fresh milk available . Breakfast choice was excellent and so was the breakfast itself. Just down road lovely pub. Overall really good visit and Gigi just made you feel as if you had known her for a longtime.

Exceptional

The owner, Gigi, made the stay all the more welcoming from the moment we arrived. The house is wonderfully looked after and homely and our room had a huge terrace over looking the beautiful Garden. We wanted for nothing during our stay with an ample sized double room, a sizable en suite, a generous amount of tea, coffee, snacks provided. Our cooked breakfasts were excellent both mornings. We were attending a wedding nearby and Gigi was kind enough to drop us off at on the day, saving us booking a taxi or the 20minute walk. It was so kind of her to offer. It was a shame we didnt have more time to explore and recharge in the garden (or terrace) but if we are ever in the area we will certainly book anaother stay. We really cannot recommend this place highly enough! Thank you Gigi
