The location was great, easy to get into Worcester . Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Ate at the Inn both nights and everyones food was exceptional.

Great time, everything we needed and great food

Breakfast and both dinner meals absolutely great and portions were great.

We liked everything except the stairs up to room were a bit steep and some unexpected half stairs but this was minor compared to the rest of our stay. We appreciate it's an old building but perhaps some 'mind the step' warnings ? Other than that the staff and stay were fabulous.

Warm and welcoming stay with a fabulous steak dinner.

Character property. Well maintained. Short drive to Worcester. Attentive staff. We arrived at 7pm after a long drive. We were promptly shown to our room. We were readily accommodated for our evening meal in an already busy restaurant. The choices on offer were excellent and my daughter’s allergies noted and catered for. The staff were lovely. A comfortable night had by all. We had a double with sofa bed. The bathroom was well maintained with a nice addition of toiletries. All inclusive breakfast was a welcome addition with plenty of choice. We used this accommodation for a visit to Worcester International Hockey Centre which was only a 14 minute drive the next morning. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Extremely clean and friendly staff. Lyndsey provided information before we arrived to help us. Alissa was so friendly and efficient. Breakfast was perfect and served at our table by more friendly staff.

Comfortable and relaxed place to stay

Breakfast was excellent but limited if you don’t like savoury things at the start of your day. Welcome warm and staff cheerful and helpful. The evening meal was enjoyable, plenty of choice, open fire, cosy.

During the evening there was a noise in the room, apparently it was the fan (I think in the kitchen), but I was assured it would stop at the end of the service , which was the case.

Fabulous great value

Location was just perfect for us as we where on route to Devon great half way for us, Room was really nice clean and warm bed was very comfortable, Had evening meal great value Pizza was great hot and tasty Would recommend we will be returning

First time staying here. Place and staff were lovely. Food was lovely and nice selection of breakfast teas.

Staff got my room ready nice and early. Was clean and smelt clean. Had everything you needed in the room.

Didn’t like the stairs as quite narrow/steep as I had a large case and was a bit of a struggle. Also was a little way out from the main centre so had to wait a while for taxis. Other than this every thing was lovely.

Lovely comfy Inn.

The Bell Inn, is in a very convenient and attractive location.. We had three rooms booked, for ourselves and family members, all with lovely comfy beds and really good showers. We have stayed there previously a few years ago, and the rooms have all undergone an upgrade since then. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and breakfasts were great.

Bed was quite creaky which isn’t ideal when sharing with a light sleeping baby but everything else was great.

The food and the staff were very good. We ate our evening meal and our breakfast onsite. Both were very good.

The shower wasn't great. The rainfall aspect didn't work and the normal shower head lacked decent pressure.

It was our 7th stay and as good, if not better than ever. The on-site restaurant is fabulous - I would advise you book a table as it is very popular with locals!

Room 5 is over the extractor fan which buzzes a bit, but it goes off at 10.00pm so not a huge problem

A wonderful historic country in close to Worcester

Th historic in was beautifully restored and maintained. The rooms were newer and comfortable. The beer garden was lovely in the summer weather. The food (both dinner and breakfast) and beer were delicious! We met the owners Ian and Lyndsey who were so friendly and passionate about their Inn.

Very friendly an efficient staff. Nicely decorated and comfortable room. Delicious meal in the restaurant and a very nice breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed drinks in the pub garden.

It would have been nice to have secure or covered storage for bicycles.

This was a lovely place. Room was clean and comfortable, with a bright, modern en-suite. Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. The stand out though, was the welcome from the friendly, helpful staff. Happy to recommend for good value and service.

The Bell more than met our expectation and a pleasant change from the usual budget hotel chains.

We were looking to stay in the Worcester area, preferably on the south side of the river, as we are dealing with my mother and step-father's estate as executors. The Bell was perfectly located away from the bustle of the City and close to St Johns where the property concerned is situated. Staff were super engaged. Breakfast was hot, prepared to order and promptly served. Good menu selection for dinner and all choices we both made over the 3 nights were very good.

The car park is quite small and shared with the pub so the second evening was difficult to find a space.
