The rooms were clean and tidy with all the amenities you need. Pub it’s self was spacious and everyone was very welcoming

Fire alarm activating at 4am when another customer took a shower! Clearly, not a regular occurrence so a personal annoyance and not a complaint against the establishment.

Very close to ABR festival at Ragley Hall which is reason for booking

Closeness to friends and family we were visiting whilst down from. Yorkshire
WiFi didn't work in room No water pressure in shower Room above sounded like a heard of elephants and kept us awake Nobody asked us at check out how was your stay told to put keys in box Doesn't tell you it's only continental included anything else is extra
